"CBQ credit card is the worst credit…"

CBQ credit card is the worst credit card since August of 2024!
They have change the payment bill from 30th of the month to 19th of the month,, why?? So that they could easily steal money to every credit card user and who are receiving their salary every end of the month. Why is that?? Of course nobody would have even single penny to pay your full balance before 19th of the month as the salary is coming before wnd of the month. Worst credit card ever!!!
I have paid the full amount of my total balance before 19th of this month but still i got deducted remaining balance and a credit shield! Call centers explanation when i have called about that matter he explained from south then east and north then again it went to east then north and south! And i said i will not get and i didn’t like to talk to him anymore.
Anyhow CBQ credit card is the worst credit card ever that’s all i could say!!!!!

If you want a slow service, your money stolen, on hold without any justification, worst bank ever. You can choose cbq.

They are refusing to give me the exact transaction and reference number for an order that I didn’t make. And refusing at the same time giving my money back? Worst thing by that time I wasn’t even in Qatar and I also have proof, but they know this already and want to take my money. Literally the worst bank I wish if I didn´t reactivate my account with them. I will close my account and transfer it to another bank.

I went to CBQ to investigate fraudulent activity on my account and needed a printout of past transactions to clarify what had occurred. They demanded 20QR for each months transaction history. They do not make this information available to you online, you have no option but to cave to their demands. They hold your data hostage then force you to pay to get it. They were uninterested in helping me deal with the fraud, only in taking the little I had left!
They are rude, dismissive, and outright hostile as well. They continued to justify their actions and glared at me the whole time when I informed them my brother had been able to get a printout FOR NO FEE twice!! I would not recommend dealing with CBQ unless you enjoy giving your hard earned money to the bank.

Best customer service through their call centers and very supportive, they will do everything they can to assist you and guide you, however at Hamad international airport cbq branch it is thé worst branch I have ever seen , staff are not professional, they give vague information without even asking questions to understand people’s case , as if they don’t know their product, and this is not my first time to encounter such treatment at the same branch,better to call the center instead of wasting your time going to this branch.
Please educate and remind your staff to respect every customer who approach with total attention and willingness to help.
Overall services are excellent .
