We are quite pleased with our Baked Earth experience. The terracotta flooring is of outstanding quality, and the customer service was cordial, kind, and extremely competent from beginning to end. Compared to Capetra and other businesses, we paid half as much for Pale Terracotta Parquet Marlborough. We have finished our living room, kitchen, and landing, and we are really excited about how it will look. fantastic family business.

We received really helpful and kind advise over the phone and via email from Baked Earth, and they had a great selection of tiles at a reasonable price. If you want high-quality terracotta tiles, it's worth ordering a sample. After years of using Malboro terracotta, we have discovered that Saint Martin terracotta is identical, and with the discount, Baked Earth's costs are nearly half as much.

We decided to give Baked Earth a call after seeing that the tiles on their website were nearly identical to floors stone and the other companies. The gentleman who answered the phone was quite courteous and informed that all of the other companies import from Bangladesh, where these pale terracotta are created. After that, we ordered a few samples, which came in two days. Adam, the manager, gave us a great discount because the job was larger than 70 square meters, therefore we paid nearly half as much as all the other companies. Since my parents are working on their garden, they will very certainly return. Karen, who served me, was incredibly kind and kind throughout the entire process

"This company is wonderful"

This company is wonderful. When I went to their website this morning, I discovered that my tiles were no longer available, but Karen fixed my problem because I only needed 7 square meters and they had some stock in the back of the warehouse that they gave me. Compared to other internet retailers, the pale terracotta tile pricing and quality are significantly superior. I will most certainly come back for all of my tiling need!

Simply Brilliant. They have such a verity of terracotta tiles. We went in, looked over them all (and there was a lot!) Didn't bother us whilst we were looking. Friendly, happy to help. Able to take our chosen tiles home with us that day.Great price for what we chose, about 20% cheaper than other places online.
