alarm with sim card dosnt reconnect to the internet once paid for subscription you have to rest it. support can't help unfortunately.
I had to drive 72 miles to go and rest it. other than that it's OK system but window sensors go off for no reason

In the rare event that you need to contact ERA, their support network and technical guidance is excellent and they have always provided the answers I've needed providing reassuring confidence in my continued use of ERA products. Most recently, I bought the ERA Smart Door Handle Lock. It was promptly delivered and unsurprising to me, the comprehensive instructions, templates and tools included made the swap with the existing door handle simple and I had it up and running within the hour including the ERA Bluetooth Gateway! The Smart Lock does exactly what it says on the tin. No worries now about forgetting keys as me and my family's fingerprints are always with us! I've also found the ability to let in visitors via the ERA Smart Home App to be of greater added value than I expected. So all in all, a great product that I would recommend to anyone concerned about security and seeking a smart solution for accessing their property.

The Smart Universal Door Handle is a fantastic product, very easy to install and setup. The fingerprint scanner is very helpful when your hands are full of shopping and the remote unlock from the app is great.

Product is good and service was ok. Two main issues: first the 15% off code didn’t work at checkout and second although the lock has remote unlock, it oddly doesn’t have remote lock.

Purchased the new universal smart handle in chrome from opening the box reading the instructions to working on the door only took 20mins surprised how easy it was to set up finger prints for all the family works great along side the Era video doorbell i can see who is at the door and open it from my phone if i wish great product

It all works ok now, but had trouble setting it up.Had to speak to technical who were great at helping me step by step to set it up . The instructions i found were very vague.
