Customer service is great. Ordered an item but had an issue about it.
Contacted customer service via email, they confirmed that the item wasn’t suitable for my door so they offered a full refund. They’d arrange a currier to collect my item asp, but then called to let me know an employee lived near by so at a time of my convenience they would pop over and collect the item, which they did.
John was especially helpful throughout the whole process.

I purchased the Smart Universal Door Handle and have two major issues with the device.

1) The door handle does not support a split spindle door handle but this is not mentioned on the website or within the compatibility checker.

2) There is no multi factor authentication MFA on the app which for something that unlocks your house is a major security flaw for anyone hacking the password

I am in the process of returning however despite being miss-sold an unsecure product that is not correctly described on the website Era are not willing to cover the return postage costs.

This looks to be a secure lock. Takes 5 mins to change . Great option on sizes, the failed one I replaced projected about 8mm on the outside giving the local night guests an easy target. The range of sizes let me cut this overhang right down. A very solid feel to the lock with a smooth operation. My go to option.

I have a ERA Protect outdoor camera which for some unknown reason, at the end of May stopped recording. When I was aware, I contacted ERA who I will say have been extremely helpful in response arranging Freepost to send it to them for investigation and a promise of replacement. My reason for the 5 - star is because of the politeness and help they have offered.
