I didn’t like the delivery cost of £4.99 for 1x 3.7V 1800mAh Rechargeable Lithium Battery which I think is extortionate and delivery was very slow and no tracking

I ordered 2 spare remotes for my ERA Protect alarm, they work fine and so easy to configure. Just a little on the expensive side for what they are.

Non existent aftercare. You buy these products, get led around the houses and told you would get a callback. They then say they have no records of even dealing with you! You then raised your concerns and told me you need to get your money back from the retailer that you purchased from rather than trying to resolve the issues. They know these systems do not work and they have faulty apps!

Era has been very helpful, i have called twice and the operative was incredibly helpful even late on a Saturday afternoon. I ordered a battery which arrived very soon after i ordered.

Once a problem arose customer service was excellent, I had problems upgrading my hub as it was in Portugal and I was in the uk, they sent a replacement hub the next day, once explained to Kaush we waited until I returned to Portugal then at a time convenient to myself he called on my mobile and walked me through the process to solve the issue,
All in all a very good service was provided with Kaush proving to be outstanding at his job,

Would have expected it to have lasted much longer, but an easy fit and £20.
