This Product is made in China. Not American Made and Not Patriotic!!!

They don’t mention any of this, spare parts not made or a available in the
USA🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Thanks for your Response > Perhaps you should come clean and State this Patriotic GenSent is Made in China and the Spare parts , Etc and probably the warranty also would be though China. That > the truth is not Hard!
And maybe you should stop calling it Patriot and call it Red China Generator > which is exactly what it appears to be, no where on your website do you and your Family disclose any of this Important Information!
Some homework really had to be done to fine the origins of your product!

I originally called over a year ago to say my water purification system I purchased washer was damaged. After the representative looked my purchase up she said she could not find my purchase on her computer. After talking with her for quiet a while I became frustrated. I put the whole thing away and figured I lost 199.00. I called them a few days ago because I saw the washer spiket replacement kit on line. They advised me it was out of stock and did not know when they would get the kit in. I asked to speak to a supervisor only to be told I would have to wait up to forty eight hours for a return call
Well I'm at seventy two hours and still no call. Frustrated is an understatement. So her I sit with a useless water filtration system. I also have bought in the past patriot food supplies which I have nothing to say negative

We have ordered for them before-
We ordered the water purifier filter system, the 2 tiered one. It was fine but the spigot leaked, I wrote them and they very promptly sent me a new one that has worked just fine. They’re a caring company. I wish their filters were less expensive though- but they work very well!

I’ve been using both for several months. No problems! They both charge and run great.
I have recommended both to friends, one ordering the two.

What’s wrong? Well, advertising says $29.96 for one and get two free. What they done say is it’s $179.00 shipping. I feel this is deceptive. Is it worth this price for mac n cheese, rice and vegetables, and oatmeal? Not for me!

So I’ve ordered about three times from 4 Patriots and have One critique. Once you hit the button to place your order you have to go through three or four screens trying to sell you other products. Because of this, I accidentally ordered my four weeks supply twice. I will say I used the chat feature to speak with customer service and they were very quick to cancel the second order. I have not tried any of the food yet, but based on everything, I’ve read about this company. The food is good and lasts a long time. I absolutely recommend this company for emergency food
