I’m having the same experience as Virginia. I ordered the solar generator package and got no confirmation or receipt even though my credit card has been charged. I sat on hold until they hung up on me because the lines were too busy. The “live chat” is a bot, I couldn’t get a live person. I emailed a couple of days ago but haven’t gotten a response. Hoping this will help.

I ordered the 1800 +sidekick pkge 5 days ago. My Amex was charged. I never received a confirmation # or shipping/tracking info. I emailed and was told to call cust service. I’ve called 4x, sat on hold each time for and hour each time, then chose the call back option. Have never gotten a call back I them emailed 3 more times with no response. I’m sitting AGAIN on hold as we speak! I’m very close to reporting my charges as fraudulent with am ex!

I NEVER write reviews, but I’m making an exception for this BS company!
Received half my order…the least expensive part of the order. ABSOLUTELY ZERO customer support. Called THREE times. A total of over Two hours waiting for someone to pick up the phone. NO calls back from their automated system. NONE. You know, the…”You won’t lose your place in line” BS. Even called at 8:00am CST and immediately went into their BS automated systems telling me about how high their call volume is, and how sorry they are for the inconvenience…BLA, BLA, BLA. Again, NO call back all day! Emailed them and immediately received automated email back that was meaningless! There “24 hour Live Chat” is total BS as well. It’s a BOT SESSION…and a POOR ONE, at that. They have this scam set up real good. And if this isn’t a scam then I have some advice to whatever IDIOT is running this company…CHANGE YOUR BUSINESS PROCESS because what you are doing IS NOT WORKING! And, if you’re that busy because of the “HIGH DEMAND” for your product, THEN HIRE MORE PEOPLE…HELLO, MCFLY, ANYONE IN THERE? Stop spending so much money on your TV commercials and hire more people…you know, to pick up the phone and tell people what’s going on with their orders. BECAUSE WHAT YOU’RE DOING NOW, LOOKS LIKE A TOTAL SCAM!
PS- Take the word ‘PATRIOT’ out of your name! True US Patriots wouldn’t do this to people.

I ordered on 10-3-24. then they had a special for a solar panel for 297 with tax it should have been 317. they charged my card 531 for the solar panel. i called after an hour they hung up. i also said they had not sent me order conformations. next day i goy order conformations just not fixed ones. so i emailed back to cancel both orders. NO response. i gave them a couple days. no response. i called Another hour and hang up. chat hour no response. emailed again no response... what the heck . I wish i had seen this site first.. my card will help me now. i have pictures and dates and times. cancel my orders....

I did finally get to talk to two people. That was 6 days of trying to get a response. The second one really helped me, and explained where and what was going on. I will not order anything else advertised on Facebook.

"One month later and nothing has been done"
This is a follow up on my previous review. It has been a month now!It is 4 days later and I still have had no response about the bonus gifts I did not receive. With the absence of customer service to take care of things that go wrong I will not depend on this company. I should have read reviews in depth to see how many people are stuck with issues that go unresolved.
There are many of us who even if we never contacted the company with an issue do not spend money with those who do not take care of their customers.

The website doesn’t work. I tried to place an order for the solar cooler.
I hit submit & nothing happens-
3 times?🤔 call cs each time. Nobody answers. Clearly they don’t want to sell what they “advertise”. I did read the reviews while waiting. Very disappointing that they are REALLY made in China. I’m no longer interested.

"$6000.00 garage decoration"
I have my sil freeze drier because she is a retired 100% disabled military and not able to use it. She had it still in the box for quite s while b4 she realized she would not be able to use it. FD was fine at first, 4 Patriot's replaced the shelf unit. Now I get "WARNING'temp in chamber has exceeded maximum limit. This is when I turn it on. I called cs on 9-28-24, I explained the situation and what I had done. I was advised to remove trays and disconnect the connector. Put connector back in and try again. I did and I get the same error. I called again today and was told nothing they can do for me, its out of warranty. My SIL buys food, 2 large solar generators, at least 2 large water purifiers, the FD was $6K I believe. A lot of money. So I have a $6K garage decoration. Oh, and I bought one of their solar generators. No More!
I received a reply from trust pilot saying 4patriot wants info to contact me
I replied to Trust Pilot and today I called 4Patriot to ask who do I speak with. Debra told me to go to 4Patriot website and there are 2 different places I can send an email. There is a contact us, however I could NEVER let me get to a place that I can send an email. I can place an order but not contact anyone. I am beyond disappointed.
Update on freeze dryer:
My SIL Susan Folding purchased the freeze fryer, order #7238537. I have her FD because she is 100% retired Air Force. The shelving unit was replaced. I used it a few times since the shelving unit replacement was received. Now the warning: the temp in the chamber has exceeded the max limit. Remove food and check system.
Trust me, I have the FD in my garage. It has not been returned or fully refunded. Not sure where that info is from.
The only itm I have purchased from 4Patriots is a solar generator. I have that in my garage also.
Obviously this is very confusing for both parties at this point. I want to get the fd working. Can't someone tell me what is wrong with the FD and how to fix it. Thank you.
