"This company are more interested in…"

This company are more interested in selling chairs and making a lot of money. I sent them a list of all the things that were wrong. They did NOT reply but had already charged me over £1600 for the two things that they had previously done. If I put things right myself the warranty is cancelled. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. DATE 19-09-24

"Mobility furniture is rubbish "

Nothing went right from the start the mattresses where very uncomfortable because we made a few days over the 60 days customer service would not even let us explain the company was rubbish from start to finish

Was not able to try a chair out before purchasing. Was told it was made to measure but was too wide. Nor particularly comfortable and extremely overpriced

It started of ok with the rep who called. But his information was not exactly as I was told. The material cover of the bed and headboard was all wrong. Unfortunately he had no samples to show me - only his word. I had to change the material but this was at a cost of an extra £500. I’d have hoped for better service. All I would say is do your homework thoroughly. Check re-check and check again before signing

"Needed 2 x rise and recline chairs but…"

Needed 2 x rise and recline chairs but I wanted customised due to my icu hospital 6week stay. I needed mainly recline as my legs were not used for the duration of my whole 5 month stay. This is my first purchase of customised furniture and needless to say my wife and I were extremely pleased at the sale from start to delivery. The representative from the company come to do a home visit and was courteous and very knowledgeable of the product we were looking for. He measured us both and spent time getting as much information as possible to customise our order. Nothing was too much bother. He left and the order was received several weeks later. Delivery was first class as he removed the old chairs and brought our new chairs in with care and very thoughtful way to negotiate the way in. He built them both up and invited us to sit on the chairs. He gave us some tips and training on how to operate the chairs then he was happy to say any issues please phone us for any worries. We said the service from all in the company was first class from ordering to delivery and beyond. Your customer service after delivery was also spot on and well received as the phone calls from them were the icing on the cake. A big Thankyou for such a seamless and very professional service. You are all 5 stars.

"They sell data to 3rd parties without consent"

Our details were sold to marketing companies and I now receive endless emails and letters / leaflets. I specifically stated (as I do with anything I purchase from) that I do not consent to 3rd parties having my data or for any marketing purposes.

We know it was this company due to the specific details provided that have never been mentioned in any other purchase.

Took months to be unsubscribed from the catalogue (which we occasionally still receive) and even longer to get rid of all the companies the data was sold to.

Would never ever purchase another item from this company again

"9 week delivery stretched to 12 weeks"

9 week delivery stretched to 12 weeks. No 'white glove' delivery as promised in brochure. Chair seems ok but mechanism is noisy and doesn't give much confidence in its longevity.

"Do not use this company for any…"

Do not use this company for any mobility style furniture, they take your deposit, sign you up to a contract and then are not interested in delivering the product or providing a reasonable delivery date. They will not respond to emails. My father ordered a chair and paid a substantial deposit back in October, he was promised a 5-9 week delivery time. This has yet to appear and despite emails and telephone calls they are not interested in chasing the manufacturers for an accurate delivery date, we have subsequently cancelled the order and requested a refund. Not surprisingly there has been no response to this and so it looks as though we will have to take it to the small claims court to get his money back. Very disappointing behaviour from a supposed 'reputable' company.

Update, I took up this company's offer to call and resolve the matter....we are now a phone call and two emails in with no response, refund promised on the 28th Jan and according to their own website refunds are paid within 14 working days ....no sign of it.

"Absolutely appalling company "

Absolutely appalling company , no communication or customer service , paid nearly 10k and no goods . Can never get through too them , no call back . Wish I never placed this order . Sadly these goods are for my wife who is a cancer patient the stress is not helping either of us wandering if I have been ripped off.
