"I have worked at the mobility furniture…"
I have worked at the mobility furniture company for over 11 years, working up from a proud delivery driver seeing the difference our products make first hand on the very first delivery van for the mobility furniture company and then progressed through to the customer service departments and then on to the lead the sales teams. Working in the mobility industry, where the products we make are admittedly and essentially in constant use all day and all night giving our customers continued independence and the peace of mind the company they have invested their trust in, will be their if there products falter at any point through our 5 year in home guarantee serviced and fixed by our experienced delivery drivers. We always strive to be better and believe in Made to measure not one size fits all ensuring we are contactable and present, this is proven by our time trading and the repeat custom, from satisfied customers while many other companies have disappeared from the industry.

"Refund issue with this company"
My sister ordered a bed on 17th July and paid £3086 half of the full value. She has dementia and no longer understands when dealing with money. I explained this to the company the very next day. and they agreed to a full refund over the phone, followed by a letter stating the money would be refunded within 14 days. When I rang on 5th August they said the 14 days wasn't up until 6th August as weekends didn't count. When I asked if I could expect the money to be refunded on the 6th, I was told that it wouldn't and possibly be another 7/10 days as there had been a delay as other customers before my sister was waiting to be paid. they wouldn't guarantee a refund even after the extra 7/10 days delay. I will look to take this matter further, it is appalling that elderly vulnerable people should be treated this way.

"Poor components "
My rise and recline chair has broken twice in 5 years. Considering how expensive it was I'm not happy. Las year a metal strut actually snapped. Now it's stopped working and I'm just out of guarantee. My previous chair from different company lasted years and was still in working order when I part exchanged it. Customer service not interested.

"Appalling company"
Appalling company. They made my 85 year old father and disabled, mentally impaired mother sign up to £11000.00 for items that were wholly inappropriate. They pressured them to sign on the day before they left the house and give only 24 hours to cancel. They also took a £5300 deposit on the day. We cancelled the order so no items have ever been delivered. The council occupational therapist has been in contact with them explaining that the items suggested are of no use to them. They continue to refuse to refund. Obviously a company that preys on vulnerable individuals. A reputable company would have given their recommendations and a quote so that they could check the items were correct for their needs and allowed them time to order without any pressure on the day. Totally disgusted.

"Not impressed so far"
Not impressed so far - my Dad has agreed to buy a chair from this company - when rep visited the rep explained to me that he had come as the single motor chair Dad already has was not suitable for my father’s needs so Dad needed a dual motor and my father was looking to buy a dual motor chair was clearly understood by us all whilst the rep was showing off his specimen chair.
My father has a number of medical problems, including deafness and can get confused when he hasn’t heard properly so is a vulnerable elderly man and when my father went to pay the deposit he tried to pay with his Royal British Legion card thinking it was his credit card. I suggested Dad get the quotation in writing first and pay when he saw the written quotation as Dad wasn’t immediately sure where he’d put his debit card so I questioned if he’d lost his card he’d need to pay the deposit later as a hint to the rep that I thought my father was a bit confused that day so not in a fit medical state to proceed without embarrassing my father. At that point Dad found his debit card and paid the deposit so I left as it had been agreed Dad was putting in an order to purchase a dual motor chair and he only had to get his paperwork and pay his deposit. In the meantime I have seen no quotation in writing explaining anything, let alone how they have calculated their price or the specifications in amongst my fathers paperwork but I have seen a follow up letter where the price was around £1,000 more than I had understood the price to be when chatting to the rep and the specification had been changed from a dual motor to a single motor presumably by the rep or the person keying the paperwork onto the computer. My father has queried the order being for a single motor and got back a very legalistic letter stating he had signed the contract. The company when writing are aware of his age but are failing to register that he is an old man with multiple health issues and deaf. Having seen their response to his query over the single motor I would concur with others who say “buyer beware” - I have found dual motor chairs significantly cheaper via the web and even the Which Report guide to price is between £1,000-£2,000 less than he is being charged. I will await to see the quality of the chair when it arrives but if he can be signed up to buy what is fundamentally a different chair to the type he requested a quote for, I am not confident. Buyer beware and get everything in writing explaining how this company is calculating their quote before parting with a penny.

"Pleasant and easy experience "
The whole experience has been so easy and professional. The salesman explained everything to us and made the whole process a pleasure. The delivery drivers came on time and were very helpful & pleasant. They carried out their work in a timely manner and tidied all the rubbish away. I was then shown how to use the two handsets and processed the paperwork. I'm very pleased with the bed and am now having a better night's sleep. Thank you.

"Everything went smoothly"
Everything from arranging the visit by a rep, who was very pleasant and helpful, to ordering and delivery, was all very easy. The chairs are very comfortable and the hand controls are easy to use.

"Debilitating back pain caused by unsuitable mattress"
Really would avoid this company at all costs. My elderly parents were sold a hugely expensive bed and not told there were different mattress types available. My mother has had debilitating back pain since the bed was delivered. She has had to have physiotherapy and has been prescribed pain killers that she is taking daily.
She has now been sleeping in a different room in the house because it's so uncomfortable. The company refuse to swap for an alternative mattress and have said they will replace for a further £900. The sales adviser was quick to secure the sale on the promise that their comfort was paramount but didn't at any stage discuss different mattresses types. For a company with literature giving countless assurances that they are 'dedicated to your comfort and peace of mind' and that ' it's all about YOUR comfort' and championing the needs of the individual they have fallen completely short. I'm really shocked at the impact this is having on my parents' life as this was supposed to be improving their life not causing severe medical issues.

"Extremely good experience."
My new furniture arrived on time along with two very friendly and helpful gentlemen, they installed my new bed and reclining chair very efficiently and showed me the controles.
They removed all the packaging and took away a chair that I did not require anymore.
Very pleased with purchase, with thanks.
