My mother in law paid over £5,000 for a 'Tailor made' reclining chair. Just 3 years later we contacted the company to say that the seat was sagging and asked if they would come out to look at it. She was told that the guarantee only covered mechanised and motor items .
Considering she was measured and weighed (so that the chair could be manufactured to her requirements) AND that she is also disabled and would be using the chair for an average of 16hrs per day.. one would of thought that the sales man would of considered this and had the seat reinforced !

Excellent customer service from the ordering process to the delivery.
The salesman listened to the health and mobility issues that my Mom has and even brought his demonstration chair in for my Mom to try and explained how taking time to get the chair fitted for my Mom would help her feel more comfortable.
I fully recommend this company for mobility furniture and was very impressed.
