I don't think I've experienced as much frustration in my life as dealing with these solicitors. The welcome team is fantastic, and then it all goes to pot. The slowness of it all is ridiculous, and the communication was up and down. On the day of exchange and completion, there was still outstanding paperwork. We were left waiting around for more than 2 hours before we could collect the keys for our new property as they were faffing around getting the money to our vendor and then we had to wait 6 days before we got our money from the sale of our house. I need counselling after all the stress and drama.
I would not recommend it.

We are very happy with the conveyancing service provided by this solicitors, the welcome team were helpful and efficient and quick to respond to any queries. The case tracker is useful to keep clients up to date on progress of both sale and purchase.

Good system that makes the process much easier as you can check in regularly and follow progress. Generally very responsive to messages etc. My only quibble was that when uploading my card to the system for payment of checks etc, it would initially accept it and then later say payment was denied, despite all details being correct. This led to delays and although I asked for it to be looked into this was never actioned.

The portal is an effective way to see where you are up to.
