"NBM seem to keep me updated"

NBM seem to keep me updated with progress on my sale. Their Convey Tracker seems to work pretty well & I get regular updates by email. My only criticism (and this may not be their fault) would be that a number of pdf documents that need filling in (e.g. Law Society form TA6) are non-editable. This is a bore as you have to print, fill in longhand, scan & return. Not very efficient & time consuming, surely an editable version exists?

I don't recommend this company at all. I have been trying to buy a place for the last 6 months and I am getting no where. I have been told that all the hold up with my completion is with my solicitor, this company, and they now are not answering any email or phone calls from myself, the estate agent or the sellers solicitor. I am stuck and cannot processed. I am not happy at all and would not recommend them.

I highly recommend NBM. The process has been a breeze. Communication is easy and you get a response straight away. The online portal is easy to use and you know what is happening. I will be using NBM again in the future.

I used NBM to purchase my property and I’m now using them again for the sale. Stephen Lacey has been excellent so far. Very prompt with replies and I can ring and speak to him if I have a query which is very difficult to do with some other firms. The online case tracker is very useful to. I recommend them

We did extensive research into which solicitor to use for our house move.

This company was fairly close to where we live and had a good rating on here.

I was on the fence about it still, so spoke to a member of staff to ask further questions. They were very helpful and honest, so we signed up.

The welcome team were fantastic and very responsive.

We were then handed over to a case handler, who was pretty slow. Everything slowed down for a few weeks.

We then changed over to Luke License, who has been very helpful. Searches took a while, but that’s to be expected.

We are now about to exchange and have had a projected bill. There are no hidden costs. A couple of small extras, but we knew about those as they happened.

I would definitely recommend this company. They were far cheaper than what our estate agent’s solicitor was quoting - so glad we followed our gut instinct! Thank you.

Not completed my purchasing conveyance yet, but the service so far has been fantastic and Isaac has responded and dealt with the file with the care and speed that I had requested. Will defo use again and looking forward to a happy completion :)
