NBM were recommended to us by a family member and we have had a positive experience with them. The case tracker is really useful as it allows you to see where you are in the process. The messaging feature on the tracker allows you to easily contact the team and they always got back to us within the hour. I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5 as a few forms were missed out of our welcome pack which delayed our sale slightly, but once this was picked up they were quick to send us the remaining forms we needed. I would recommend NBM to friends and family.

Decided to go with NBM solicitors, had no idea what this entailed as I am a 1st time buyer. Really happy with the service provided, efficient at updating the portal regularly. Such an easy service via the portal where documents are able to be uploaded via your phone and straight to them, also had a message service that I could message with questions regarding my property purchase. Cannot fault them! Highly recommend! Not 5 stars as there is always room for improvement but from my experience it has been great! Looking forward to completion!

"Great conveyancers"

Used NBM for a house purchase. While the purchase eventually fell through NBM were brilliant from the start. Excellent communication and professionalism from everyone, with everything being completed in a timely manner. I would absolutely recommend them!

"DO NOT HIRE THEM"

Very unprofessional. They leave everything for last minute so they can charge the “speed” fee. They had the paperwork for months, they decided to complete and exchange on the same day. Jade Dunks only replied to our emails (after spamming them weekly with no response) the last day.
Although they seem cheap, the stress and frustration this company causes you is not worth the £200 you’re gonna save. You’ll end up spending it in therapy to recover from the trauma.

"Unprofessionalism"

We used NBM Solicitors for conveyancing during purchase of two of our buy to let(leasehold) properties in 2019 and they were quite unprofessional in their service and communications. They had almost let the sale fall through, moving slow on the case and by their lack of actions. We thought we had gotten over the struggle on conveyance completion. Later we realized that, though NBM collected the full payment from us, they didn’t pay the fee to the freeholder for the collection of a Certificate of compliance. Getting no response from NBM, the freeholder passed on the fee and its interest(£125) upon us. We too attempted multiple communications to get a response on this from NBM, but in vain, and had to pay it out of our pockets. We would never associate with them ever and wouldn’t recommend them. We are sharing our experience for the benefit of others.
