Where do you start, 1 year to complete a change of name on title deeds, really? 2-4 weeks for responses and absolutely no chance of talking to the Conveyancer. Incorrect paperwork, name spelt wrong, no chance of talking to anyone. In the end you have to do a lot of the work yourself. I was informed by the Land Registry 10 weeks after the transaction was completed that it was all finished, but that was only after I rang the Land Registry myself for the third time.

Very poor, you get what you pay for. Impossible to get hold of anyone or even leave a message...the answerphone cuts off before you're able. Slow to respond to questions and queries and not a very clear communication process.

Avoid if you appreciate a smooth sell and basic communication. When Luke works from home, its impossible to get in touch with him and he refuses to call you. They refuse to call you back, take days to respond to emails, then email you on day of completition, mere hours before deadline telling you that there are forms they haven't received off you, which should have been flagged weeks before. The partners refuse to speak to you, even when you spend half hour on hold and even when part of the chain is threatening to sue due to the incompetence of the solicitors. Considering we are paying clients and parted with an awful lot of money they don't even tell you when your funds have been sent, and your estate agent has to literally do all the chasing. We were very upset at how NBM treat us.
