"Outstanding customer service"
I ordered an urgent item on a Thursday for next day delivery but I got a message from the courier stating that it would be delivered after the weekend. I called Smiffys and Niels called me back to sort it out. He liased with UPS on my behalf, called with regular updates and said that if it hadn't arrived by 3pm he'd send out another. As it happens it arrived at 2:54 but Niels was amazing. Can't remember the last time I've had such good service anywhere.

Ordered an item for next day delivery. Paid the extra, it didn’t arrive in time, they refunded the extra which was good but as it didn’t arrive in time I didn’t need it. Emailed about returning and ignored both times. If you may need to return something then don’t purchase through them. If you aren’t and have plenty of time then order away.

We had an issue with next day delivery but despite it not being Smiffys fault, they have been exceptional in their customer service. I received a prompt reply from them, a refund and a voucher for free delivery if I order from them again. It was hassle free and companies should learn from them.

Having been a loyal customer for over 10 years, I purchased a costume for a birthday party but within an hour it broke. I sent images to the CS team who promptly apologised for the fault, provided a full refund (including delivery) and offered a discount for my next purchase. Cannot fault this company at all. Their quality is usually very good and the CS is second to none. Thank you Niels 👍 you're an asset to your team!

I ordered a Robin hood costume for my son for his Christmas show. Niels, at customer service department, informed me that Royal mail has a strike and the delivery will be late. I really appreciate his help as I had a chance to organise something else for my son. He updated me for every details and send the refund and even gave me a discount coupon for next time. Thank you!
