I received the wrong order and contacted smiffys straight away. A replacement was sent immediately which I have now received. I would like to express my sincere thanks to your customer service team. Neils was amazing! They are the best and a credit to the company! Highly recommended online site!!

"Awful customer service"

I first order the longer length Alice costume which, in the photo, was ankle length. When it arrived, it was past my feet and completely impractical for me to wear. I packaged it up and went on the site to find out about returns and it turns out I have to pay to return a faulty product. I had in the meantime ordered the shorter length costume. I only had an email today to say the costume is ordered a week ago is not in stock and I’ve had a refund. I’m now scrambling around trying to find something to wear for world book day tomorrow. I’m so disappointed!

Ordered a spider man costume for world book day in a childs large, when the item arrived it was in a medium child's, I phoned up the telephone sales department who apologised and then informed me the the large was out of stock so I couldn't be sent a replacement I can have a refund instead im very disappointed.

Appalling. Costume arrived with a hole in it. Terrible quality. No response from customer services. And they clearly monitor reviews on their website to ensure no negative reviews are added. AVOID.

Ordered an outfit from the website which arrived in good time. When I opened it it was damaged in various places which made it impossible to wear the dress, very disappointing from a leading costume website. Would it buy from here again.
