BE WARNED, even though initial customer service was great and the RETURNS address is here in Australia. It has been over 2 1/2 months and I still have not been refunded.
All I keep getting is “maybe stuck in customs” (obviously been sent back to some dodgy manufacturer in China) or “it’s with the accounts team”.

I just received my beautiful eternal ring about 4 days ago and the fit is perfect. I ordered it in gold as I have a plain gold band and it matches perfctly with it. I have received so many compliments on it. I am in love with it. It was also a nice surprise when I opened my package to get a pair of earrings as well. Don't buy here it's a fake Chinese company, return address is fake it's not in Australia. I went to the address and it's a residential building.470 st Kilda. Also inside the ring says VOSALI which is another dodgy chinese company. I sent the ring size 8 back from england. Give me my money back!
