Horrible- Don’t waste your money
My ring turned black in just a few days of wearing it and when I contacted customer care they said they will refund it and asked me to check back in 3-4 days which I did and they said that they will check with fulfillment and get back to me with no response.Now I am stuck with a 200$ ring that has tarnished metal and no shine.I usually never write reviews but this was definitely a waste of money with horrible customer service

My wife and I had never heard of moissanite stones and started looking on the internet. I was not overawed with many of the jewellers. Then we came upon Marique and was immediately impressed with eterna rings. I placed an order and the whole process went very well. "I received my second 2ct moissanite…"

I received my second 2ct moissanite ring. My husband ordered it for me after receiving my first ring in platinum over silver.

I was so impressed with the first ring due to its amazing sparkle and the fact that it tested positive as a diamond. My husband decided to buy me the yellow gold version.

It did not disappoint! Again, I received it quickly and tested it right away with my diamond tester. Again it tested positive for a diamond.

I get lots of compliments whether I wear the white or yellow version. I wear them with my diamond and the only difference is the moissanite sparkles more. Just looks like a better quality of diamond.

The sparkle comes from deep inside the stone. Just like a diamond. It does not sparkle as a reflection from the surface like crystals.

I am a a customer for life. I will be buying more. The next purchase for me is stud earrings!

I’ve requested a refund as I changed my mind after receiving the ring. I was given the return address and instructions which I’ve complied. It’s been over a week and no response as to when I’ll receive my refund.
