"Terrible Business Experience "

I wish there was a rating that is less than one star. My experience has been terrible with this company. I purchased an item on February 8, 2024. After going back and forth with “customer service” via email for weeks, they finally sent me a tracking number with 30 numbers and as I followed the delivery of my product it was supposedly delivered to a parcel locker in my mailing center. There has not been any deliveries from this company to my address and there was not a key in my
Mailbox for the parcel locker. Additionally, after speaking to my mail carrier who has delivered to my address in excess of four years and he assured me that he had not delivered a parcel package to me. Now I can’t seem to get a response to my emails directed to customer service. I’m certain that I will now receive a message from them.

Absolutely love the variety of jewelry to choose from. My ring came within weeks and in a beautiful box. I wear it everywhere. It’s beautiful and the compliments are endless. At times I catch myself staring at my ring in awe. Definitely going to buy another one soon.

I ordered my beautiful ring stating 20% off as well as free earrings.As I ordered my ring online the part for the ad that said %& earrings was clicked but noticed not gone through when payment was made . I immediately wrote Marique and was told not to cancel my order , that they would take care of my earrings and discount not to worry. I didn't have cancel and wait longer to get my beautiful ring.Well my beautiful ring came 1 week later the discount applied , and am awaiting my earrings.Customer service was great ,and quick.Their prodcut is amazing.Thank You Marique I can't wait to see my earrings!....I got my beautiful earrings thank you Marique !

They do not post reviews!!! I gave them a 1 star review and months later it is still not on their website!!! Dishonest and false reviews!!! I contacted their customer service and they offered to refund money if i sent item back. CS had no response when I called them out for fake reviews and not posting my ACTUAL review. If a website shows mostly only 5 star and a few 4 star with NO 1 2 or 3 star reviews that is impossible! SHAME ON YOU NOTHING BUT DISHONEST CROOKS AND THIEVES!!! The item was not as advertised per the listing. The item was not the quality as advertised. It was cheap and low quality. It was not a D color and not a VVS1 clarity...if it was it would have cost way more than only $189 dollars! Ha too good to be true, a real mossy like that would cost wayyyy more. How are you allowed to stay in business??? You won't even address the fact you are not posting my 1 star review? Do you get to pick and choose and censor reviews as you please? We all know now a days what people think of censorship. Dishonest. Pure and simple. That in itself speaks volumes of dishonesty. How do you not see it for what it is? If you can't even post actual legitimate 1 star reviews from actual customers why would you sell an item that is as described? Dishonest to not post actual reviews! Address the fact you didn't post my review. Ha I bet you will post it now to say you did, but it will be the "only" 1 star review on your whole website...DISHONEST to not post actual reviews from actual buyers. Shame on you!!! Why would I direct my concerns to you directly, I tried and you only said send item back to get my money back. You did not address you not posting my review. This refunding of my money from me not being happy with the item I received does not mean you get to not post my 1 star review. How do you sleep at night, knowing you are selling lower quality mossy than advertised and bait and switching and sending out inferior product. I literally feel like you (allegedly) stole my money by deceit! This is my opinion. I feel this way. I don't even want my money back, I only want you to be honest. Keep my money, you earned it the hard way. You don't actually care about customers, if you did you wouldn't have sent me the item you did. I wouldn't even give that thing to kid as a play ring, god forbid I gave it to my gf she would laugh at me and never speak to me again!!!

I am concerned after reading other reviews. I too received what was supposed to be Mariqe but the ring is stamped Vosali. I also do not think it is platinum coated Sterling because it is stamped S925. It came in a Mariqe box. I hope this is not a scam but I’m confused as to what I actually received

update to my first review. they are sending me a second ring to try in hopes i like it better. they are trying to work with me even though they do have their return policy on their website and they do not need to.
i purchased the eternity band. i was not happy with the ring. it was comfortable but found the stones were a bit small. they offer full refund but require me to mail it back, with insurance, which is fine and customary but i did not know ahead of time that mailing it to AUSTRALIA would cost $72 and will not be reimbursed. i paid $200 for the ring. i think they should make this clearer.
