This company is a scam. They provided incorrect tracking information. Indicating my package was delivered in Seattle, when my shipping address is in Los Angeles.Now I have to dispute this transaction with my credit card. DO NOT BUY FOR THIS COMPANY

This company is a fraud! I was just looking at merchandise then I went to affirm to see if it could be purchased through my account. It corrected me back to there site but now my information has populate so I clicked go back instead of purchasing. I then get a message from bank they declined charge but this company ran it through three times so one charge declined but two charges went through! I sent them two emails and 4 days later I still haven’t got any response. Buyer beware!

The ring box was exceptionally stylish and well-made.

I fear this company is a SCAM! I received an email telling me that my package had been delivered. NOTHING was delivered! When I called the customer service number numerous times there was a busy signal every time. I have no recourse. Very disappointing!

"SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! "

I purchased a ring that didn't fit and I didn't like the overall look of it. I asked for a refund and they suggested picking another ring and keep the one I first purchased. I looked again at the website and didn't really love another option. I sent the ring back for a full refund and I am now being ignored. I should of done more research on this company. A total SCAM how other people have posted. Look elsewhere!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm out $200 plus the cost to ship the ring back to them.
