After writing a review on Truspilot for this scam of a company called Mariqe about my order (3812 for the Smeraldo Ring $549)
Mariqe replied how their customer service team will follow up and provide a satisfactory outcome...
Suprise! It never happen. This company is a front for rip off jewelry and attempt at making an easy dollar, please be aware!!!

This company have not honoured their refund policy, i have waited over a month for my refund after completing their refund procedure at my expense. This company cannot be trusted

My partner bought me a ring. It was to large. He rebought it and returned the first one. Still waiting for the refund for the first ring! A month ago. Jumped through all the hoops. Recorded signed for parcel. Our expense we know it there! They know. They have it. No refund. Buyers beware.

Gorgeous ring. Superb quality. My husband wasn’t convinced I hadn’t spent thousands until I showed him the receipt! Shipping was prompt and the quality of the packaging is very luxurious. All in all a great product with great customer service.

I purchased a ring hoping that it would be like the picture and ad on ig. Unfortunately the ring and came and it was nothing like the ad. Fair enough, I contacted customer service and they told me to return the ring and I can get a refund. It’s been two months and they’re avoiding me. All I want is refund or a better looking ring. It’s not fair to take peoples hard earned cash and ignore their request for a refund. I smell scam.

i ordered a ring from Mariqe for the first time and was super excited until ring came in and it was not what was described looked like plastic and did not pass diamond test returned it and followed process and its going on 2 months and no response from them and have multiple emails and all they say is accounting issues same email and now im out 569.00 plus the overseas shipping, i guess being from australia they have no urgency to pay what is owed but they are quick to collect from customers please be very aware of this company.i will be filing against them as scam company..
