Bought a ring for my wife in the UK. Took a few weeks to arrive since Mariqe are based in Aus, but it was well packaged and the ring was beautiful. Only problem was that we measured incorrectly. Got in touch with Mariqe who said if I send it back tracked (cost £17 from UK) they would replace with the correct size. One week and a few emails later and I have the tracking information for the correct size ring and a very happy wife. Beautiful product, moissanite has a beautiful lustre to it and the ring design is elegant. Great customer service and lovely packaging. All round a good experience. Thank you.
