"SRC Scammers"

Would give this disgrace of a company zero stars if I could. Future customers - don't be fooled by the good reviews. We hired a car from Palermo, which had "low tyre pressure" according to a dashboard alert about 30 minutes into our drive. After parking the car during a short trip, the tyre flattened completely. Roadside assistance not only failed to replace the tyre, but they also towed the car away without consent. This contradicts what SRC guaranteed over the phone. To make matters worse, SRC has also withdrawn nearly $260 from my bank account without my permission, relating to charges for "missing fuel" and replacement of the tyre. These are charges I am not responsible for, as a customer bearing the burden of SRC's lack of due diligence. They've been a nightmare to deal with over the phone and their staff couldn't be more unsympathetic towards what was an incredibly stressful experience. Do not hire a car with SRC. They're thieves and if you aren't careful, they'll take as much cash as they can get their hands on from unsuspecting customers.

Prenotato on line e pagato sul posto all'aeroporto di Catania. Ho trovato l'iscrizione al sito web molto chiara e trasparente nella descrizione dei servizi, ho saputo subito quanto spendevo aggiungendo o togliendo la spunta ai servizi offerti. Ho scelto SRC perché dava la possibilità di evitare il deposito cauzionale che é di 200€ e puoi scegliere se portarlo a 100€. Macchina perfetta e servizio veloce sia in andata che alla riconsegna della macchina. 10 e lode.

Eravamo in difficoltà per noleggio auto con altra compagnia ma Giorgia e Nicola sono stati gentilissimi e hanno risolto sia il problema auto che il problema pernottamento ad un prezzo economico grazie ancora

Ottima esperienza 11/8-14/8/23 all'aeroporto Falcone e Borsellino: ci hanno risolto il problema creato da altra agenzia che, avendo lasciato il PIN della carta di credito non ha voluto accettare il bancomat. Veloce e professionale il check in e ancor più la riconsegna. Gentili e professionali le due ragazze Vanessa e Federica, che ringraziamo per la loro attenzione.

1. Service an den Schaltern in Catania und Milazzo sehr gut
2. Wagen gut - sauber und vollgetankt
3. Buchungsportal schlecht – Versicherungsleistungen mit Paragraphen versehen, die in Deutschland nicht geläufig sind!
4. Preis dadurch sehr hoch – schlecht weil fast 100 Euro pro Tag – das kann ich niemand empfehlen!

"Car rental summer 2023"

Both the collection of the car in Palermo (very correct and friendly man) and the delivery of the vehicle at the airport (also a very friendly lady there) went smoothly. The car was fairly new and clean. On my next visit to Sicily, I have no hesitation in working with this rental company again.
