Location d'une voiture à Palerme. La prise du véhicule était stressante car ils notent la moindre égratignure, autant dire qu'on peut facilement s'assoir sur sa caution! Ensuite, aucune information orale donnée sur les ZTL à la prise du véhicule, pour les touristes qui ne connaissent pas, c'est une mauvaise surprise qui vous attend mais vu les frais que prend SRC, on comprend mieux pourquoi cette info est "omise".

The online booking and pick up procedures are quick and easy. The staff is friendly and efficient. The cars are new and perfect. They also allow the possibility of leaving the security deposit by debit card and not by credit card: this is a huge plus for me, because the imposition of using a credit card, observed by other companies, has discriminated me for years and forced me to do without a car on all my previous trips. I am absolutely satisfied with this company and will definitely use its services in the future. Keep it up!

Arrivato al desk mi viene fatto un upgrade gratuito ad una classe superiore.
Veicolo in ottime condizioni, pulitissimo e sanificato.
Alla consegna c'è stato un piccolo malinteso che mi poteva costare una penale, ma il personale al desk, con grande gentilezza e professionalità, è intervenuto annullando l'addebito dimostrando che la soddisfazione del cliente viene per prima.
Inutile dire che noleggerò ancora con loro in futuro.

Scam! At least if not Italian. We showed up and they stated no cars were available. When we reached out about a refund, the company changed the reason to that we weren’t “capable” of driving since we were in tears after 16 hours of travel. We asked them to call the police for a breathalyzer if that was the case, as we were in shock by the accusations. We went next door and received a car in minutes. They now want us to take down our reviews to be refunded when no service was provided.

I rented a car at Trapani airport during the calendar week 41.
I have got a free upgrade to a better model.
The car was given in perfect conditions. The personnel at the office (Vittorio) was very kind and professional. No extra services were requested or loaded. I can recommend this company!

Arrivato a Milano recatomi al box della SRC ho incontrato la gentilezza e disponibilità di Ayman che mi ha dato tutte le informazioni in modo dettagliato che mi servivano.

Dramatique. Je suis passée par le site car.jet pour louer une voiture sur Nice. En fait je n ai jamais vu la couleur de la voiture car la navette n est jamais venue. Et le numéros de tel personne ne répondait et la messagerie était pleine. Bref à éviter, pour être passer deux fois par des sites hébergeurs je dirais le mieux est de louer directement sur le site de la société de location.

Scammers avoid SRC rentals they’re nothing more than con artists. They charged me €1100 for a minuscule pinhead mark on the lower edge of the windscreen which I wasn’t responsible for. Needless to say they’ll never replace the windscreen you can’t even see it

Indebita trattenuta di 200 euro anche se con polizza kasko zeo rischi; ci vogliono 15 giorni prima di avere lo storno dei proprisoldi; la polizza oltre tutto costa circa il 40% in più delle altre compagnie. Sconsiglio vivamente.

In seguito a una brutta esperienza con un'altra azienda ci siamo trovati senza macchina in aeroporto a Palermo. Ci siamo recati allo sportello di questa azienda e abbiamo trovato un operatore gentile e disponibile (Giuliano), abbiamo atteso veramente poco per avere la macchina. Sia la consegna che la riconsegna si sono svolte in maniera rapida e senza problemi, sono organizzati bene. Grazie e alla prossima.
