Rental made at Catania Airport, Sicily. Clear online booking. Office adjacent to terminal. No queue. Friendly, professional staff. No hard sell of extras. Encouragement to check vehicle for damages. Their damage inventory was accurate. Car nearly new and of equivalent standard to that which we booked. Return office easy to find. Vehicle was thoroughly inspected but no funny business. Not had deposit returned yet - they said could take up to 2 weeks which seems long. If you don't prang it, and if you bring it back full of petrol, these people will not give you any hassle. I would defo use them again in Italy.

Nothing more than common thieves. They cheated me on missing fuel by charging extra fee. I've tanked to max just before returning the car, about 10 meters from the parking lot. I've even shared card transaction confirmation, but they didn't care. It's a totally unprofessional and pathetic company. Really, SRC, do you think it's worth to fight over 36 euros only to get negative reviews? Do you have any idea of good customer support? Apparently not. I really don't care about it, I've paid for full insurance and all the extras, why should I? Still, I can't allow other travelers to get into your trap. tl;dr DON'T RENT FROM SRC

Auto prenotata con un broker. Arrivo all’aeroporto di Linate con un ritardo di 1 ora per il ritiro, la prenotazione era stata cancellata senza essere avvisato. Al banco persone inefficienti che non hanno alcuna intenzione di risolvere i problemi. Una delusione assoluta. Sconsigliassimo.

"Vacanza senza barriere "

Ho conosciuto Src Rent Car quando per il mio blog, ho scritto un articolo su come fosse assurdo che una persona con disabilità motoria, non potesse noleggiare un' auto e guidare come nel resto dell' anno. Ecco, è così che ho trovato Src perché questa possibilità esiste e la offrono loro. Ho così deciso di andare a Palermo ed è stata una delle scelte migliori degli ultimi tempi.
Ad aspettarmi al banco della consegna c'era Salvatore, che con grandi sorrisi e cortesia, mi ha dato le chiavi di una splendida Fiat 500 X. Geniale! Questa auto è pre adattata per coprire una percentuale altissima delle disabilità esistenti e quindi c'era anche la pedana con acceleratore a sinistra, che serve a me.
L' auto era in condizioni ottimali e mi hanno spiegato che i km che aveva fatto (circa 68K) li aveva fatti in giro per l'Italia.
Comoda, scattante, sicura ... Non ho mai avuto problemi durante le tre giornate in giro per Palermo.
Ecco, devo dire che guidare a Palermo è stata un' esperienza alquanto sfidante. Tra l'altro io sono abituata a guidare una Aygo e sulla 500 X mi sentivo su un' astronave, però devo dire che mi sono sentita subito a mio agio e la macchina era davvero comoda e prestazionale.
Purtroppo il viaggio è durato poco e sabato era già tempo di restituire l'auto e ripartire. Questa volta ad aspettarmi c'era Davide che si è occupato del check alla restituzione: la macchina era ok ed è talmente nuovo questo servizio che era la prima volta che faceva un controllo di conformità su questa auto. Bravo Davide!
Poter avere autonomia negli spostamenti in vacanza è qualcosa a cui avevo quasi rinunciato ed invece è una possibilità che esiste e questo significa che grazie a Src la vacanza è davvero accessibile.
Consiglio vivamente di guardare il loro sito prima di prenotare la prossima vacanza perché si stanno velocemente espandendo.

Assolutamente sconsigliato.
Fate le foto di tutta l'auto, pure nei posti invisibili altrimenti vi addebitano fantomatici danni sulla carta di credito.
Pagate qualcosa in più con i marchi più blasonati , ma almeno avrete un servizio onesto.
Addebitati 251 euro per un'abrasione di vernice inesistente.
Una bella pubblicità in TV è il miglior regalo che possa farvi.

personnel très sympathique mais peu consciencieux lors de la prise du véhicule, l'etat de la carrosserie n'est pas fait, si vous constater les impacts ou bosses prenez les en photo et faite une vidéo du tour de la voiture en détail.
nous avons restituer le vehicule à l'aéroport avant l'heure d'ouverture et maintenant c'est un devis de réparation qui m'est réclamé. après 7 mail et de nombreuses photos, il clôt le dossier ce jour 4/09.

Brutta esperienza. Attesa di 45 minuti all'arrivo . Nessun riscontro dei danni alla partenza. Addebitati 290 euro per un graffietto di 4 cm. Nessuna dialogo o riduzione. Tot 4 gg 550 euro. Se fai una recensione 5 stelle ti regalano uno zaino. Quindi recensioni 5 stelle praticamente comprate,

"Shady company - they will steal your money"

Shady company. During the checkout process, the operator immediately went to the lower front end of the car and pointed out a scratch. Although I took photos and videos at the start, I didn’t document this area below the car. I know that I did not touch anything while driving so the scratch was likely there before.

They charged my full deposit of 300 EUR for this minor scratch (they conveniently produced an estimate of 3.5 hours of work required to fix it!), even though a simple 25 EUR polishing pad would make it disappear. They ignored all communications related to this charge. Other customers have reported online the same exact scam with this company.

Avoid at all costs—this company will steal your money.
