App didn't work. Asked for my name, and pin, then when I was in, nothing worked. Payment method added to app, then couldn't delete.
Tried calling customer service, and the number did not work.
Talking to someone on your live chat and they are useless. Slow, do not understand that I want my payment method off the account immediately. Prior to deletion.

The app never works cause it sometimes takes card payments sometimes doesn't. Actually getting started on the app is a pain. It charges too much but there is no way to find prices without starting a wash first, no prices listed anywhere. The machines are old as hell and always break. Plus they've eaten two socks, FROM DIFFERENT PAIRS. Just genuinely a terrible service.

I had a terrible experience with Circuit Laundry. Their app is unreliable and failed to work despite multiple attempts to troubleshoot. When I requested a refund for the unusable service, they insisted on deducting a £2 admin fee—even though the issue was entirely on their side.
This practice is unfair and goes against basic consumer rights, as customers shouldn't be penalized for faults in the company's service. Their refusal to waive the fee, even after raising this point, shows a lack of care for customer satisfaction.
Avoid using this app unless you want to risk paying for a service that doesn't work!
