the app doesn't let you withdraw money from it which alone is frustrating, their customer service is so poor and the machines alone are so expensive for not even a thorough wash. if youre at uni and can just wash your clothes at home, do it. not worth the hassle.

Appalling customer service, abysmal communication, unjustified and unfair admin charges on refunds, crap app, barely fit for purpose machines. Avoid avoid avoid if you have any other options. I would strongly encourage Universities to seek alternative service providers because your students do not need the headache of this company and I'm stunned they are still in business with the number of negative reviews and issues their customers continue to have with them.

Edit: STUNNED by the response below. I have been emailing and emailing and been on your chat & rang and YOU DO NOT RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. You can reply on here but not to my emails?? Why? Because this is public & affects your reputation? I think that ship has sailed sweetheart, look at all the negative reviews!

Used this app to access laundry facility. Unfortunately, at one point the app became unusable as the washing machines' QR codes had been withdrawn but I still had some money on it. Now, there's no simple way to get your money out of it. If possible don't use this app and pay contactless instead.

They are destroying people’s lives. The drier did not dry my clothes after 3 times, also the same day the washing machine took my money and did not start. Previously, one of the machines left grease on my clothes. Disgusting company. They should close this company. The service lady hang up on me while taking my details down for the refund. DISRESPECTFUL COMPANY.
