The app is wonky at times & can overcharge you. They do have great customer service! Tori helped me figure out it was an overcharge issue after the machine was reset. Refunded my account right away. Thanks Tori!

"Rubbish and not acceptable "

I live in student accommodation - The Old Dairy (Plymouth). Every day, at least one of the three machines stops working. The machines need replacing with new ones. I have decided that I will be posting a video on to my YouTube channel if the issue is not resolved by next week!!!

Just as an update four days on, a person from circuit Laundry came today. However, that evening another washing machine broke with water pooling in the machine. The person whose washing was in the machine has had to bin all of their clothes. I have started recording the issues to post on my YouTube channel as this is completely unacceptable!!! Don’t use Circuit Laundry, they are rubbish and untrustworthy.
I will keep everyone updated as things develop.


Another update 9/03/2025, All three washing machines have completely stopped working. The accommodation provider has agreed to change laundry provider if the new machines are not installed soon. 😀 I have posted several videos on to YouTube and other social media platforms and collectively, they have received over 150,000 views so far. Just think, had the issue not occurred, I would not have received all of the recognition. @Circuit Laundry, you really have let yourself down and permanently damaged your reputation and credibility.

"Extremely poor customer service (except travis)"

Extremely poor customer service, created 2 live chats to transfer over old funds from circuit app to circuit go and was given to completely different answers. First chat said that I could do this through a coupon they gave me yet the coupon never worked and kept saying it failed, the response time of the live chat was 5 mins everytime they responded even if I responded straight after them.

I proceeded to try again on live chat a few days later as I had to do something else and end the first chat. This second person told me they couldn’t do that and I had to send an email to get this sorted which didn’t seem right but I agreed and sent the email. The email has taken them over a week to respond to tell me someone has already transferred the money and not told me. But looking into my account balance it’s still 7.70.

Train your staff and actually create consistency because this is a joke as the money is taken out of circuit and not in my actual account now.


Edit: Spoke to customer service on the phone and spoke with a man named travis. Straight away was able to give me a coupon to sort out this issue. Really good support and help however rest of the staff need re training. Well done TRAVIS

Hello guys , I so pissed the customer service they have especially the live chat is so terrible. I have asked for a refunding and they told me it’s gonna take 12-10 working days. Now it’s has been more than that and I didn’t get my money back. And all what they did is taking my email so they can email me the problem. Also their App is so outdated and not flexible. Probably the worst Laundry App I have ever used.
