Dryers are broken. Not a single dryer will properly dry your clothes anymore. Maintenance is a joke, a washer broken months ago still isn’t fixed. The prices are a joke, customer service is nonexistent. Circuit laundry are a bunch of freaks. Save your money and go to a private dryer.

"Straight up stole my money with incompetence…"
I moved to a new student accommodation and my circuit plus app would not connect to the new machines. I still had £12 credit that I planned on using, but could not. I asked for a refund but they charge money for that??? Decided to ask to somehow connect my app to the machines in the new place. I was in contact over live chats and was advised to download a new circuit app and re-register. This I did, and then was in contact with a new customer service provider (thanks Tori :))about transferring my funds from my old account to my new account. (I spoke to 4 individual providers to get to this point). Finley told me that he could transfer my £12 from my circuit plus app account to my new circuit app account. However instead of doing this, Finley subtracted £12 from my circuit plus account and then also proceeded to subtract £12 from my already empty circuit account. I now sit at £-12. It actually shows that on my balance. I tried to go downstairs less than an hour ago to do my laundry and found that I actually can’t do any laundry BECAUSE I SIT AT £-12. I don’t have any other money in my account until Wednesday to do my laundry. I am out of clean clothes. I am angry and disappointed. I have had so many issues with Circuit laundry that it makes my feel violent. I don’t even know what to do at this point, just praying that they will actually give my money back. If I could give -12 stars, then I would.

Does not have good service. Nearly all machines are faulty. Many dryers are not drying the clothes properly. After washing, some washers still has the clothes wringing wet. They have increased their prices for both washing & drying but their services has not improved. Such a waste of money. Please do have maintenance to check on your machines regularly so that we will receive good service from your company.

The app is janky, it never let's me track my machines progress, and it doesn't for other people's so you'll be sat waiting for a machine to be free for ages because people can't see when their washing is done. Also too expensive and can accidentally overcharge you sometimes

Called up the support team as the dryer wasn’t working, and I literally couldn’t get a word in! Every time I tried to explain something the team member on the other end would talk over me in a condescending manner! This is no fault of my own that their machines aren’t working and then they are rude to me as well!
