"Rubbish and steal from vulnerable members of the community!!!"

I live in The Old Dairy - Plymouth which is student accommodation. There is at least one broken machine 24/7. You pay £4 - £6 for a wash to find that the machine has either not spun properly or is has not washed your clothes very well. It is completely unacceptable and is an embarrassment to the company. Don’t use Circuit Laundry, they are rubbish and take advantage of vulnerable members of the community.

Circuit laundry is unreliable. They charge ridiculous prices. They are uncontactable. Machines regularly break down or do not wash properly. At worst the machines stain and damage clothes as has happened to me multiple times

"Steve, the miracle worker!! "

After having many issues with the laundry machines at Canterbury student manor, there is one unsung hero that has come to the rescue to fix these machines.

The machines had fallen into great disrepair and had consistently been flashing with red error codes. Enter, Steve. Steve arrived on a cold January morning, with a wonderfully cheerful demeanour, after travelling for hours in the treacherous traffic of the M25 followed by the M2 to arrive at my accommodation.

Now, I, was just walking across the courtyard when I almost walked into poor Steve! He struck up a fantastic conversation with me, and we chatted for a good long while, as he signed in and went down to the laundry machines to repair them!

He fixed most of the issues (miraculously) but considering there were many machines that were in desperate need for repairs, he had to arrange to come back the following day to repair them.

And as reliable Steve promised, by the next day, all of the machines had returned to working order.

Steve has, single handedly changed my opinion on circuit laundry as with his fantastic attitude, attention to detail and customer service manner, he has saved my opinion of this company.

He is truly a wonderful person, after nearly 2 months of not visiting my home due to the distance, Steve provided a small snippet of home and made me feel like I was right there among family.

Steve is a credit to your company and I cannot thank him enough for the short yet mighty conversation we had.

Thank you Steve, you truly are a fantastic and wonderful person! I wish you luck with all future repairs and I hope to see you again!!

I do not advise anybody gives a single penny to Circuit Laundry. They are thieves. How can I pay £10+ for a load of laundry to wash and dry and get neither washes not dry laundry? What a waste of time and money. Cheaper to rent a local airbnb and do your washing there. 0/10

Circuit refused to refund my £89.60 card balance despite having full proof, just because I didn’t personally top it up. Scammy logic and unacceptable behaviour.
