Machines are faulty and overpriced.

Money has been taken out with no service functioning. The customer service is terrible, taking 20mins to reply to each message but when you disconnect for 2mins they end the chat.

"Shameless extortion"

Not only are the laundry machines hopeless, but having just had ours 'upgraded' you now need to download a new app. This wouldn't be so bad if the credits on the old app could be easily transferred across or refunded, but to do this requires calling the company, and to get a refund you are charged a £2 'admin fee' which is sheer extortion. Dreadful company and dreadful equipment.

I must use their very expensive laundry service in the students hostel where I live. They have recently changed their payment system on site and as a result, after almost a month of innumerable emails, telephone calls and chats, I still cannot receive a refund for the top-up card that they have disabled without any forewarning. It is £13.80 that I cannot get back because they... "don't know how" to refund me! Their excuses are an infinite story of tech difficulties, incompetence, lies and unwillingness to respect a customer and her money. My feeling? They simply have no shame. Can we still call this "business"?

I have been overcharged yet again , says £3.80 for a wash , you don’t even get a full hour .
It’s definitely charged me £4.00 .

Absolute scam, fed up of this company overcharging people when they fail to deliver on service .
I’ve had a blanket ripped and clothes that have come out with marks on them .
Overpriced and disappointed.

"Damaged clothing"

I had a circuit laundry machine damage an item of clothing on January 29th. It is now March 26th and I have only just had a proper response, stating that they wont compensate or refund me for my wash because they believe the damage was 'general wear and tear.' It was a brand new bra that I had gotten 3 weeks prior and not worn. Their customer service is awful, and their machines only work properly on occasion. Prior to this experience, I was confused when I heard people talking about their bad experiences with circuit laundry, as I had never had any issues; however, I now unfortunately understand.

" Circuit GO installation"

Just had our Circuit GO installed in our IQ student accommodation ( Twerton Mill Bath ). The engineer who came and installed it Martyn Booty we fantastic. Was very professional , left no mess and explained the system to us brilliantly. Overall a great service from Circuit .

"Excellent service "

Craig came to The Tannery to look at fixing our broken machines. He is always extremely friendly and approachable and explains what has happened and what needs to be completed in order to fix them.
It is always a pleasure to see him.

Implemented a new tablet to pay by now rather than topping up a card however this is not connecting to the dryer machines, been like this for a while now with the promise of someone coming to fix. Also have credit left on my card which I am unable to get back. Just poor all round.

Update: response from Citcuit is to report the fault, the report has been reported multiple times with the promise that someone is coming to look at it. Just been to check now and still not working which means it’s now been like that for 3 weeks……….

Also trying to move the credit across is not straightforward which I’m guessing is deliberate to put people off so their balance remains with Circuit……..

Craig always comes to service our machines, he is such a lovely bloke cannot fault him in any way at all, he was super helpful with the set up of the new system. Always got a smile on his face😊
