The washing machines were not working correctly, I had to put them twice on the dryer and they were still wet. I contacted customer service, and after more than one week they replied, they sent me two free start coupons.

This review is specifically for Helen, from customer services who supported me on the phone today. Circuit changed our machines yesterday from the Circuit app to Circuit Go. I needed help transferring money from my previous app and had no idea how to navigate the new app. Helen was friendly, calm and extremely patient and helpful. She explained all the steps to me very clearly and my issues were resolved. 5* customer service.

Absolutely the worst thing of my college life. The apps are constantly updated and you always have to change them and have your money transfered. It would be nice if the updated version was nicer and simpler to use...guess what? It makes things actually more complicated than what they should be.

At least with older apps to get my money transferred It was a linear process, now they make a coupon that's not going to show on your balance but that will automatically be used when you use the laundry. Completly absurd, honestly who the hell even designed such a complicated process? You need to have a certain talent to complicate simple things to this extent.

Wifi in most student accommodations does not work, which obv is not a problem of circuit itself, however it makes the app practically unusable.

Let's not even talk about transfering money from you laundry card to your laundry app...impossible.

I don't know which kind of lobby or how much money do student accommodations in Ireland get to install circuit as their laundry system...but is making the laundry process so frustrating.

After adding money to my old circuit app… I realised there is a new application, GREAT NEWS! As the old one was so rubbish, hopefully the new one will be better!

What a disappointment.

Trying to activate the machine is awful as there are no labels so one can not be certain which one is which. Next, upon adding €5 to my account, the app insists that I do not have enough credit to pay for a €4.80 wash.

I have screen recordings proving everything. Firstly I would like a refund of my €5 on the old application. And secondly I would like a full explanation as to why I can not pay for the wash when I have sufficient credit. I would also like to be compensated for having to unload my detergent covered bedsheets from a washing machine at 8PM.

Ridiculous re-brand, unprofessional software and ultimately a failed system.

I understand the recipient of this message has nothing to do with this disaster, so any response is greatly appreciated.

Shockingly bad customer service. They do not care at all. All businesses should avoid so residents don't have to be forced to use Circuit. If I could give zero stars I would.
