My company has signed multiple sites contract with Elis and they did several surveys before the contract has been signed. We have explained what we would require, drop off locations, time of delivery , amount etc. When they have started delivering linen, they have refused one drop off point, delivery came after staff went home and they were not willing to adjust it by hour neither, we have asked them to not leave cages on one site because fire risk but they were doing it anyway, they didn’t provide rejected bags or labels on the first visit as they have supposed to do. Web portal didn’t work as it has been explained. My biggest problem with Elis is that it feels like they don’t even want to help customers when we have raised these issues, and they just want to do whatever is best for them so we had to adjust to it even if that has caused extra costs for us. Horrible customer service.

Had a job offer close to home more pay. They took me on I said I had another job there and they say don't go we will look after you ect tickets and long term work. After being half hr late laid off no warning and caused me to lose job closer to home, shouldn't be allowed to manage people with these ethics. Cost me a fortune and full time job....... This is a fact not fiction also told to fix cages and leave rust on not paint it which carries linen.... Havent been in touch or even paid there bill now either.......
