"Stick with this one"

Stick with this one. I used others and always found a way around them. I'd like to thank Maxine and Tania who helped me quickly at different times of the day. They really cared about making sure I was blocked from gambling.

"Update from my initial review...still absolute garbage"

Update from my initial review.... My 2 month license is finally up after just giving up with this software I purchased a different device to use until the long 2 month license period expired ... And it finally happens so I emailed support about how to go about deleting their usless software this is copied and pasted from the email

"So just confirming on Jan 21 that I will simply be able to just uninstall this usless software off my phone ?? Or is there other steps to having it removed once the license is up"

.... not sure what in my email asking about how to delete it was abusive or if they considered the usless software offensive but they have stopped answering any emails , Facebook , instagram and do not answer the phone number provided for the last 4 days now and I am unable to remove this software even though the licensing is expired... Please if you have a Samsung phone STAYY AWAY they will just keep giving you the run around ... Install this update this try this make a list of sites ... It goes on and on and no actual solutions and no actual help just copy and paste replies from support Thai was the biggest mistake ever installing this software on my brand new s23 has made it a complete brick finally thought I would of got to use it since the 2 months is up but now have been ghosted by gamblock and I'm stuck with this on my brand new phone

"PLEASE NEVER PURCHASE GAMBLOCK. IT IS A SCAM"

Davids response is both untruthful and extremely unprofessional. David the CEO at Gamblock continues to blow my mind in completely negative ways. What professional CEO would reply for everyone to a clients therapy status? I promise you he and Gamblock take NO responsibility for their actions and place all the blame at the feet of their customers. If you don't believe me please just read all the one star reviews of which there are tons. I will now specifically respond point by point to David's reply.

1. The software that David says corrupted my computer is laughable. I purchased and installed Norton software to protect my computer. Norton is one of the best reviewed and most trusted software providers used to protect computers. In a separate email David also used the term unethical software to describe Norton security which again is laughable. So, if you want to purchase gambling blocking software and have commonly used antivirus and security software installed on your computer don't purchase Gamblock. They claim to have been helping people since 2000 but they still haven't developed the capability for users to keep their already paid for antivirus and security software while using Gamblock at the same time.

2. He says Gamblock has helped me an inordinate amount of times with my computer. To that I say Gamblock has not helped me. They apparently have great technical support, however none of their technical support knows how to fully remove Norton even when you give them complete remote access to your computer. On my end I uninstalled Norton which their remote tech even acknowledged saying "the issue is with Norton, though it's shows been removed its still interfering the installation". So I followed all the steps to uninstall Norton (even though I should not have had to remove Norton) but it somehow was still interfering with the installation. So, if their supposed great tech support has complete access to my computer remotely (which I gave them access to on multiple occasions) couldn't figure out why Norton is still interfering with the download after their own remote agent acknowledged that Norton shows it was fully removed then how is the average Joe like me supposed to fix the issue? Second David uses the word inordinate (which means dis-proportionally large) to describe the number of times they tried but failed to help. Using that word in this scenario is completely condescending since the only reason I they have had to try and help me so many times is because they are clearly not knowledgeable enough to resolve the issue. I observed every remote agent as they worked on my computer and every time they would just try the exact same steps as the remote agent before which clearly didn't work. (The definition of insanity is trying the same thing over and over again and expecting different results). Lastly he says you need to follow the steps above. This is the most infuriating line because I did follow all the steps and was unable to properly install it which is the whole reason behind having a remote agent gain access to my computer to figure out the issue and resolve it. David and many other employees at Gamblock would send me the exact same email instructions saying "you just need to follow the steps" when they clearly knew that I tried those steps and it didn't work so what was the point of continuing to send me the same instructions over and over again when their own remote agents followed those steps with no success.

3. I recently blocked them which is why they could not reach me via the phone. After months of trying to get this software downloaded anyone would become exhausted of watching the company try the same thing over and over again, saying they were working on a fix with their backend/developers team, then responding saying they found a fix, followed by the realization that they had not found a fix since they would try the exact same thing without any success you just start to give up and realize it's not worth the stress and time anymore. Lastly on this point, I asked them not to contact me anymore and they ignored that and replied to the email 5 minutes later. David also says in his own words that he tried to call me after I asked him not to.

4. David, If you say I used expletives against your employees post it here as proof. Ensure you copy and paste the whole conversation so the readers get the full context of the conversation.

5. David says I made threats. David/Gamblock would not refund me for the software that their own remote agents could not find a way to install so my only recourse of action was to reach out to our lawyer to discuss ways to recoup our money. That's my big threat David?

I am now out of space. In my next response I will attach emails and chat logs if David continues to blame while not taking any responsibility.
