I’ve tried every version of this miss sold software, it’s been about a year since my last attempt and they claims there’s been improvements. Therefore I gave it another shot, still so easy to get around, slow replies and unusable phone!

I’ve tried their latest version, which is stuck in sandbox mode and the phone is unusable.

I’ve sent them 5-6 emails in 24 hours with no response.

So not only does the software not work, they take forever to reply in a time that people need their phone for calls, work, emails, banking, Apple Pay etc! Last time they left me days with no phone!

Amazing customer service! I am not a technical person and struggled with the install. The team at GamBlock is wonderful! They provided step by step instructions and were able to remote in and successfully complete the install.

"Gamblock on iPhone is useless"

Gamblock installed Gamblock on my son's iphone. After the install, he could access absolutely nothing on his iphone. You can only communicate with Gamblock via email and there were long delays between responses. They seemed to just be responding with pre-written responses. Since my son needs his iphone for work, I took the iphone to the Genius Bar at the Apple Store. Since we have Apple Care for his iphone, I was just going to get a new iphone but surprisingly they were able to reset his iphone and restore from a backup on Apple iCloud which I thought you would not be able to do. So in the end they lied about not being able to do a restore after Gamblock is installed.

I was very leery about installing Gamblock because you NEVER talk to a live person only via email. I have since disputed the charge for Gamblock because it is not installed and will never be installed on his iphone.

My reply back to Gamblock:
It was still not clear from all the info that was on Gamblock that he would not have access to any app on his iphone. His iphone was totally useless and he needed it for work. Maybe if we could have talked to a person instead of just communicating through email it would have been made clear to us that he would not be able to use his iphone for 30 days. Also, the Apple store was able to do a reset and reload from his backup so it isn't true that Gamban survives a reset. I have disputed the charge and will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

My wife (who to be fair is not the most tech savy person) downloaded and installed the software today.
The customer services were on hand right throughout the process and answered all her questions almost instantly.
It's not the first time she has used Gamblock and I can't stress enough how wonderful this software is, I can relax once this is on her equipment because I know 100% it can't be removed/overwritten - this really is the ONLY thing in many, many years that definitely works.
