"Good idea with its pros and cons"

At first, it does indeed help to prevent any possible access to any gambling sites. No circumvention is possible and during these 2 months I use the product on my laptop and mobile, it has saved me a lot of money.
But it comes with a lot of problems. Too much, I am afraid. During these two months, there has not been a week without me multiple times reaching out to Gamblock customer service. My mobile is working fine with the software, but the Windows version on my business laptop is a disaster. It has destroyed my laptop, in fact. It shuts down randomly, it does not work when there is no internet connection and all fixes by the Support (they are nice, in fact, and try to be helpful) are temporary and just for some days. While I still can use my laptop, it's ok, but I am afraid that any moment now I will have to buy a new one, and then the entire Gamblock buying story has been useless. So count in your expenses not only the money you paid but also the cost of a new laptop and again - a free access to gambling sites..

UPDATE, 5 July 2021. It went from bad to the worst. This software started to interfere with my Windows Explorer, OneDrive and I even could not create Asana projects for my clients. The service is really unacceptable. When eventually they could not fix anything so that the latest update is installed on my laptop, they just concluded that it is my laptop (!!) that does not accept their programme. And that can't do anything about it. As they used this remote support programme, I saw that the only thing they did was trying to instal the same program again and again, they did not check settings, anything. And they blamed my laptop that has somehow been good enough for the software for 7 months but now it is not good enough. When I asked what they planned to do, reimburse, buy a new laptop as mine is useless now. They just quit the chat..

UPDATE, 19 July 2021. The support was very nice and eventually solved the problem. It took some time but they tried and managed.

This works. If, like me, you struggle to control your online gambling, try this, it works. Sure, it might 'seem' expensive compared to some other options, but how much will you lose this weekend? This works, the others I've tried are just too easy to get around. I have been unable to find any way to uninstall or get around the Gamblock controls. Gamblock works. I know it's tough, but try to find the courage and install this, it works.

"Doesn't work, no refunds"

Hoped this would be a lifesaver but the software doesn't work on the device we need it for due to security software that it is not possible to remove (the software bans Gamblock on the basis that it is 'malware'). Have been told I can't get a refund despite paying over £65 for software that I cannot use. Was offered transfer to another device but useless and there isn't another device it's needed for! Don't risk it, if it doesn't work on your device you might as well have burnt the cash instead. I hope they reconsider their position re refunds because it is not acceptable for a customer to pay for a product they cannot use.

I have been using gamblock for years. Recently after getting a new computer I played in online casinos and lost way more than I needed. Gamblock may seem expensive; however, it's a small price to pay considering you can spend that much in the matter of minutes in a gambling site. I originally had trouble installing the software, and contacted Gamblock via email. They responded quickly and got the program installed. As I type this, I realize this small purchase literally saved me hundreds of dollars.
