"I feel like they took my money for no service."

I have really been excited to get this set up and finally get some peace of mind that I can’t gamble. However, I was just stood up for the second time when I gave them a day and time. I just don’t get it. They email and tell me to make sure my system is updated and give them a day and time, yet they never show. I had to use my lunch break today waiting on them for nothing.

"Extremely poor - PLEASE READ AND DO NOT USE"

Very poor, non existent support. Sent several emails asking for help since it doesn't work well on android at all, no replies at all. Glitchy, can't even click to verify i'm not a robot and page format is completely off since it uses an old version. Can't log into simply sites like vodafone to renew my monthly sub. Terrible so far. Maybe someone will bother to help after seeing this.

The agent responded 1am - wasnt able to fix and said ny device is not compatible. Ignores all emails that request they delete the software until they fix it since I can't access basic sites like my mobile providers to purchase my payg bundle or my account where I withdraw my pay.

I've expressed the severity which falls on deaf ears everytime. They have 0 service and without access to my money, I'll be homeless since I'm now 3 days late on my rent due to this app.

Ive asked for a ceo DAVID WARR response to my complaint. Also ignored. I urge anyone that is thinking of doing this to not. They have legit ruined me, absolutely no sleep and no access to my money. THEY DONT CARE AT ALL or they would realise what they've done to me and take appropriate action.

Company response is a complete lie. They havent helped at all. No CEO reply. 4 days in and I'm in more debt having to borrow money to pay my rent because whilst they ADMIT they've a faulty software, THEY REFUSE AND IGNORE ALL my requests to remove the software and what they've done to my phone. They ask me to be patient for how many more days? How many more days without access to my money, which is no access to basics like food, water? They clearly want me dead.

Now they say the decline to help if I decline their help or use emotive language.

They don't seem to understand that I gave them opportunity to resolve for 3 days and shared screenshots videos etc and was patient.

Now that I'm in a desperate situation 5 days in without access to money, they are using terms and conditions against me. 5 days in using softwart that is faulty and has messed up my phone, and they're using terms and conditions against me.

I've expressed I need my money to buy food - no concern or help. Complete refusal to delete the system that they've installed that doesn't work.

I hope the next person doesn't go through the same thing as me. Remember no matter how desperate you are for food, rent money, they won't call you to help and refuse to delete the system at all costs.

A real shame, because if they had any form of customer service, then I would have been more willing. The last 5 days proven to me you can never trust this company because you're simply not a priority, ever.

14 days ago - this trouble begins.

I wrote my last email 10th Jan to the company, telling them no more comms, since they have broken me mentally, with all the reasons why.

Until this new and updated reply on TP, no communication from the CEO at all despite several complaints made early on which he decided to ignore, since I didn't have any acknowledgement at all.

Re 28 emails in a row - I only replied to your emails. Ofc i am fruatrated with software on my phone that doesnt work and restricts my phone on every login page I need, cant click 'accept cookies' or anything. Ive explained everything in detail.

They simply take no accountability and as you see, it's now all my fault for being 'uncooperative' after this many days.

I left my phone number multiple times, no calls. I left you videos of how nothing worked. But I'm still uncooperative and the problem. Learn to look at your failures.

As for for abuse, yes you've shown me you are money hungry. Since my circumstances had little impact to your timeline. How do you expect people with no access to money for food, for rent to behave? Happy? Patient? And after 14days? Should I srill be willing to trust a company like this? Would you?

I told you you've shown me I cannot trust you, and no attempt to deliver any form of customer service.

Well done to the CEO for finally repling for the first time 2 weeks later, and showing no interest but to pass the blame on to me.

I tried Betstop, which did not block offshore sites. There was a minor glitch setting up. Shout out to Allison and Maxine who helped me.

"This company has a bad support"

This company has a bad support. I had buyed the gamblock software but wasn't compatibel with my device. I asked for a refund of my money, but they wouldn't do that. I was so lucky that i payed with paypal that i has decided to open a claim. Money is now back by paypal, but this is not how you need to help or do to customers....
Watch out for this company!!

"This company is awful"

This company is awful. Extremely slow responding to emails. I purchased this to block online casinos. It blocks almost everything: my work, my bank, paying bills, hospital charts, stores, elfster, Facebook games, google searches, airlines, and much much more. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS. I DONT EVEN WANT A REFUND. I JUST WANT IT GONE. ITS LIKE THEY OWN MY PHONE.
1-1-2024 They've help some but the problem is I have a google phone and their app really doesn't work for a Google Phone.
I'm still having issues with this app. I can't login into certain accounts because I don't have a browser to use. They did grant permission to some apps but not all my apps. The apps they did give permission to I can't reset the passwords on about 15 of them still. I don't have Chase bank app and Pinterest. I can't do any web searches nor login into anything I don't have an app for.

"Die App war an Anfang gut. Aber..."

Die App ist wirklich gut. Ich habe eine 2 Monats Abo gelöst und die App installiert. Habe anschliessend versucht das Handy zurückzusetzen nicht nur über das übliche Menu. Sonder über den Boot Mood und über den abgesicherten Modus. Man kann die Sperre nicht umgehen. Keine Chance. Klar durch einen Profi sicher irgendwie möglich. Echt zu empfehlen. Top.

Ich muss hier noch ein Update Posten;

Ich hatte die App nun volle Zwei Monate im Einsatz. Am Anfang schien die App auch gut zu funktionieren. Später wurde ich jedoch enttäuscht. Mann kann trotz grosser Einschränkungen einen neuen Internet Browser wie den von "Snaptube" oder "Chromium" und "Chromium Ungoogled" herunterladen. Was ich an Gamblock ausserdem auch noch schlecht finde ist dass einem der Browser von GamBlock aufgezwungen wird. Man wird nicht darüber informiert das alle Browser nach der aktivierung deaktiviert werden. Ich finde Gamblock muss hier zuerst einmal eine Testversion den Interessenten zur verfügung stellen bevor man die " Katze im Sack" kauft. Der Supprt ist danach sehr unkooperativ und erstett das Geld bei unzufriedenheit nicht zurück. Ich rate euch wenn ihr mit dem Spiel aufhören wollt dann ist die einzige Metothde die funktioniert der eigene Wille dazu. Die App schränkt euer Handy für den Altag ein und ihr seit dann je nach dem wie lange das Abo läuft an der App gebunden. Lasst die Finger von dieser App.

I was advised to use betstop and it only blocked some aussie sites. ga told me about gamblock and I’ve lost no money since. The support guys were really respectful. Wish I was told about this sooner.

Very happy as it has restricted the gambling on my device however the only issue I have is that it also restricts multiple websites and apps that do not involve gambling which is frustrating as you have to email gamblock to tell them which apps and websites are coming up restricted, I would of give it 5 star if this issue wasn’t happening.
