The work carried out was excellent, the two men who carried out the work were subject matter experts who provided a lot of add on information and were polite and respectful throughout. Also, they left the area cleaner then when they arrived which was a bonus! Excellent service, thank you.

I would highly recommend 50five to anyone looking for an electrical charger to be installed. The customer service has been fantastic. Laura Stacey
(Customer Operations & Sales Administrator) has keep me informed through out the whole process and has accommodated a couple of personal requests too regarding the installation of the EV data-cable. The installer turned up on time and did a lovely job - Neat and tidy installation.

"Hybrid Air Source Heat Pump"

50Five have just installed an Air Source Heat Pump + a Hybrid combi boiler into my property.
50Five made several pre-instillation visits, regarding quotations on 2 different systems, to assessing current heating system , and discussing possibilities for replacement. All the workmen, engineers, and fitters, were very professional. Kyle in the office was always ready to answer my questions, as were other members of staff, sorting dates, times Etc.
The instillation was all done to schedule, and a very neat and tidy job was done, to a high standard.
Communication throughout was excellent, and I would have no doubts, about recommending 50Five as company to trust.

This is a company that supplies enginees to fit cmbi boilers all I can say .SHODDY WORKMENSHIP. Bosh had to sent there engineer out to put right everything done wrong by 50five engineers. My advice do not use and if that's not bad enough their put hard cerment in my bin.what a joke.

"Disgusting Had new gas central…"

Had new gas central heating...absolutely disgusted with there work. The mess is appalling!!! Workmen charging there phones and there power tools. Wrecked flooring!!!
Damaged walls holes left. Flooring destroyed. Kicked us all out the house moaned about the fact I have a cat an said I have to remove them from the house before work was started. Locked my partner in the kitchen stacking up stuff against the door so she couldn't get out.where the boiler was they have left massive chunks of plaster everywhere an left a massive hole all round the wall which is all hanging in plaster all screws left all over including outside I only know there was screws outside due to one going in my tyre which made me check the carpark which was covered in screws. I wouldn't recommend these

excellent installation of car charging point, electricians were very polite clean and helpful, they turned up on time and left my property the way they found it.
also thanks to Laura who was dealing with this, kept me up to date with everything and what to expect.

Cannot fault the customer service! The gas engineer, Kyle was fantastic. Nice guy, extremely tidy, answered all the questions that I had and did a sterling job of uninstalling old boiler, fitting a Worcester Bosch boiler, doing pipework and flue and upgrading radiators. Everything working as it should be. Really pleased....brilliant.
