Just had the engineers leave, having fitted a new Ideal Logic 18kw boiler for our CH and HW supply. They were very professional, arriving bang on time and finishing early afternoon. The electrician followed up early afternoon and the boiler is working perfectly.

All installed and working although there was a bit of a mix up about the installation time slot - asked for PM and the engineer initially turned up AM. Didn't have time for a full run through the functionality as the installation took longer than planned

Boiler fitted well with minimum of fuss and no mess. A second electrician visit only half an hour after they fitted the boiler to fit thermostat controls and frost protection. So all worked out well. Boiler working fine after 24hrs installed.

The engineer was polite, engaging and professional throughout completing the install, in despite the quite awful weather conditions. He completed the install with the minimum fuss and was informative regarding what he had completed and how to get more information if required with online app for monitoring.

Fantastic service. Installation of boiler straight forward, plumber absolutely fantastic. Boiler replaced with care and hardly any mess. The same with the electricians. Attended the next day within the 48 hour time scale, courtesy call to inform of when they would attend and again the job was carried out efficiently. Really kind guys. Boiler and thermostat looks lovely and neat, very little mess to clean afterwards.
