The team, which consisted of three guys turned up on time as stated. The lead engineer explained to me as to what work was to be expected. Throughout the install I was consulted at every stage. The work was super clean and tidy, with respect given to my property. At the completion stage of the install a brief showcase of the operation of the charger, along with the App install on my phone was given. Highly professional and I would highly recommend.

Always unsure of organisations with whom I haven't dealt with before this being the initial case with 50five.uk who organised the supply, delivery and installation of my wall mounted electric vehicle charger.
In this case any concerns I might have had were quickly dispelled.
Laura my contact at 50five.uk efficiently organised the delivery of my charger and subsequent installation and kept me up to date with any changes during the process.
On the day of installation Phillip from ICT Electrical arrived and was complete in what appeared to be no time at all, leaving my home as clean and tidy as it was when he arrived.
Definitely a 10/10 service and I would certainly recommend 50five.uk to anyone considering the installation of an electrical vehicle charger.

I have no hesitation in directing anyone seeking to have an ev charging point installed to go first to 50five UK. I found their level of service and communication first rate.Beyond needing a few 'photos from me to allow them to assess what was needed, they took over everything to ensure a speedy and professional installation. The two electricians who visited to do the job were really on-the-ball, producing a neat and tidy installation in a couple of hours, Also , they were happy to answer any questions we had and further explain how to use the charger.
Overall, we are so glad we chose 50five UK. Thanks guys.

"Laura made our whole process seamless"

Laura made our whole process seamless. Very professional and anything she didn't know she found out for us. Super polite and friendly on the phone and always prompt to get back to us. We have an old house and weren't sure if our electric system would be adequate, after sending over pictures of our electricity, Laura explained the updates that would be required and gave us a few options of works and quotes for comparison. Although in the end we were fortunate enough to use family for these updates, it was still very handy to know what we need to do. Once we commited to the works, Laura ordered our charger which arrived within a few days and well in advance of the actual works which were scheduled in the first week of March and given no other company could/would commit to such a quick turnaround Laura made sure to deliver. The whole process was stress free, she did everything with the exception of the details we had to provide ourselves. My fiance and I have quite busy schedules and I couldn't be more gratefull for how Laura and the 50Five Team helped us. If we have another house in the coming future that needed the same works we would not hesitate to reach out to 50Five agian.
