Prompt calls before installer's attendance. Installer was friendly and efficient on install. Example was with limiting use of cabling from a sustainability perspective to reduce waste. Professional install and housekeeping on works areas was immaculate. Follow up post install comforting and helpful. Very happy with service provided.

Problem with the scaffolding at the beginning and had to chase, but scaffolding went up fine after that. Boiler went in fine and had no issues The plumber was a decent bloke, worked professionally and cleaned up after himself very well. Electrician was in and out within minutes it seemed. And scaffolding went down quick and simple also. Decent company and would recommend.
