Our first time Central Heating was fitted into our old terraced house on Monday. Everyone involved, from the admin staff booking appointments, to the surveyors, plumbers, electricians, fitters and apprentice were professional and courteous. They completed the job in just one day as promised and I can honestly say we are thrilled. Thank you so much to everyone involved.

"First Time Central Heating"
We had a brand new central heating system installed to our terraced house by 50five on Monday. The whole installation was completed in a day and I cannot thank the whole team enough, They were all excellent, from the admin staff who called to arrange appointments, the surveyors, plumbers, builders, electricians and fitters, everyone we dealt with was professional, courteous and skilled. They have done a wonderful job and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I had a few false starts and issues installing an EV charger at my property but the service I received over the phone could not have been better. The engineer that carried out the work necessary on my house was fantastic and took any unexpected additional work in stride. Very pleased.

"Extremely poor installation service"
I had a Worcester Bosch combi boiler installed by one of their engineers but the installation was really poor and unprofessional. The boiler had a gas leak because the engineer did not tighten the connection properly so we had to call Cadent to come and fix the leak on an emergency callout.
Also, one of the radiator valves the engineer fitted was leaking and we noticed the leak 3 months after the installation (it was leaking very slowly so it had already caused a lot of damage to the skirting board). They sent the same engineer to fix the leak but when he arrived he hastily started to tighten the leaking valve without doing any checks or carrying out any safety preparations first. As a started to tighten the vale, it burst and pressurized water started coming out of the radiator for about 20-30 seconds. The hallway was flooded because the engineer did not turn off the radiator supply valve and he did not have anything to contain the water. I had to rush to the bathroom and kitchen to find a towel/bucket for him but it was too little and too late. When I reported this to 50five they didn't even bother to reply or even apologize. I am not sure how many more errors or mistakes I will have with the boiler but I won't be calling them again ever because they send cowboys to do the job.

The Install went well, quick and looks good.
I was given a time slot but the engineers arrived 2 hrs early, I was out but a family member was around unfortunately I dint see the install team for them to explain what everything does and how it works. I do have a manual to go by so will be using that once my car arrives

Very thorough prep and admin and a professional install. Only discounted 1 star as there was a delay due to waiting for an isolation switch fitting.
