I requested a sale on my HAA account for metals I had stored in MetalStream (highly recommend if you're looking for an easy way to invest each month!) Mariah F. was able to assist with changing my address on file and requesting a check. They verified my identity (thank you for having such helpful security procedures in place!) and were able to change the address to my new residence and send a check for my sale. Thank you for your help! HAA will continue to have my business.

Set up delivery from same vault but made me pay 3 shipping fees of $40 each. Then items were not received but when calling FedEx they were returned to shipper. Items not returned to vault and emails and phone calls have been ignored. I would stay far away. I will never buy from them again. Horrible experience.

the customer service is (so far) what makes this place a good place to hold your precious metals. i've had a few ordeals with trades on the platform and every time i reach out to HAA they have been willing to take the time, energy and confusion to get me right and both educate me on their system of trading assets, as well as talk me down emotionally given substantial trades. so if great customer service is what you're looking for in a metals depot, then you have found a solid firm.

Put in a request for my money on the January 20 and it's February 10 2023 and still waiting for it, spend your money somewhere else. I will give it one more week then I will contact the better business bureau, and the district attorneys office.
