I joined HAA 4 years ago and have had no problems whatsoever. All phone calls answered within two minutes and responded to efficiently. One IT glitch yesterday corrected within 24 hours. Highly competitive rates for buying and selling and straightforward competitive storage rates. All money transactions smooth. Strong security measures make me verify any contact or transaction-- a bit of a hassle but I don’t mind as it’s for my security. They have been supported throughout this time by people I trust-- Doug Casey, Bill Mauldin, Chris Martenson-- all solid investment folks. I strongly recommend them.

My wife and I have a small amount of money invested in silver with Hard Assets Alliance, on Aug 1st they denied my good old password. Their program would not send an email link to reset. I called twice Aug 1st and was robotically hung up on after 5-10 wait. I have call once today (Sept1st), today their robot hung up on me right away. These days when HAA gets ahold of your money they seem to want to make it difficult to get it back. Recommend you proceed with caution.

I opened my account with Hard Assets Alliance about 6 months ago, and have been increasingly disappointed. Their customer service is extremely slow to respond to inquiries. They take not minutes or hours, but DAYS. I placed an order from my funded account, and seven days later they still have not shipped my order. I also tried to withdraw settled funds, but HAA stated (two days later) that I needed to re-validate the very bank account I had been funding my HAA account with the entire time. Additionally, Hard Assets Alliance has hidden charges and very high shipping fees. There are plenty of other precious metals companies available that charge a small spot over price and free shipping. Look elsewhere as HAA is slow and shady.

Please do your due diligence before you invest, for example, they charge 15$/quarter, which is 60$ annually. THEY MISLEAD THIS INFORMATION WITH ANOTHER PRODUCT OF THEIRS "METALSTREAM" WITH NORMAL "BUY & STORED" AND THEIR SUPPORT TEAM REAL BAD. SORRY TO SAY. IF YOU ASK TWO QUESTIONS THEY WILL ANSWER ONLY ONE AND THAT TOO VERY LETHARGIC IN THEIR ATTITUDE. But GoldSilver.com charges less comparatively and also has an option for zero storing fee until some dates up to June 2020. PLUS THEY HAVE PREMIUM AGAINST YOUR STORED GOLD, THIS IS HIDDEN INCOME.
