I had a great deal of trouble establishing an account and then simply being able to log in. Too complex to explain. But Janelle trouble shot everything for me. She was very knowledgeable right down to suggesting I "clear all data" on my Chrome browser! If Janelle is typical of the expertise at HAA, I think I'm going to like this organization going forward.

I was short 6 coins. I called to complain. Jenelle said she would investigate and it would take about 6 weeks for an answer. Within a mater of days the situation was resolved and I receive my missing coins.
