"Fast & Responsive"
Throughout the last couple years of working with Hard Assets Alliance I have only had a positive experience, and found them to be very responsive and helpful.

"Thanks To HAA's Support Team"
Because of COVID, I was unable to readily contact HHA by phone to solve a problem I had accessing my two accounts. Once I contacted the HHA Support Group via e-mail about my problem, the HHA personal quickly solved the problem. Given that the problem involved setting up a new will, the speed of the solving of the problem was greatly appreciated.

"The worst place you could buy precious metals"
The worst place you could buy precious metals. The Fees are outrageous and after my Withdrawal of funds was halted for weeks, I finally was able to get an assistant on the phone with my bank in a 3 way call where my identity was confirmed and Lauren with HAA told me she would email me with confirmation when my withdrawal would be finalized. I recieved no follow up other than a "How did we do on our customer service email". After weeks of waiting for my check, I log in to Hard Asset Alliance's website where I find that my withdrawal was CANCELED. I gave them every piece of information they asked for and their customer service is trash. I PURCHASED MY GOLD THROUGH JM BULLION. I was very satisfied with JM BULLION. I've also heard good things about BULLION BY POST. Both of which are volumes better than Hard Asset Alliance.
Edit: Just to Clarify Rob is trying to sugar coat how poor the service I recieved was. Lauren explicitly told me my request was APPROVED AND BEING PROCESSED, at which point, no further communication would be made with me explaining that my withdrawal was Canceled. It's been over a month since I filed to withdraw. NOT a few weeks. And this has happened to multiple people. Just read some of the other reviews. The company as a whole is very shady and focused on their own interests.

"Highly Recommend"
I’ve been a customer of HAA for several years now. I’ve purchased and sold/withdrawn funds without any problems whatsoever. Anytime I’ve had a question, their customer support has answered me promptly and to my satisfaction. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a secure way to own precious metals.

"Egregious security flaw could compromise Funds."
The costs for Precious metals seem a bit higher than others.
Their storage fees also seem a little higher.
The "Metal Stream" automatic deposit method is very convenient. And might be worth the extra cost.
Their shipping fees were a bit surprising since each type of metal or each different coin is shipped separately incurring new shipping fees, for example shipping one gold eagle and one gold maple leaf requires going back to square one on the web site and starting again, and incurring another shipping fee.
As an IT Networking specialist I find that the worst aspect is that they have requested sensitive information via email. I received this bank verification option from HAA in an email:
==
- Provide a color photo of a voided check via email to us
==
Sending a copy of my check to HAA is like sending it via US Postal Service in a clear plastic envelope window exposing all the pertinent data. HAA personnel have refused repeated requests to address issue, completely ignoring my concerns. They still insists that this is procedure is OK! It is not OK! It is very dangerous for the users, and possibly leaves the security of the user HAA accounts in question.
I will of course provide the needed information via a more secure scenario; but thousands of others may have their lives ruined through this egregious security policy flaw.
Users should be very careful in giving anyone your private information, emailing such information is dangerous to your financial health. See quotes below.

The vulnerability of emails is the main reason why you should never exchange any sensitive information with this method . . .

The 2018 Symantec Internet Security Threat Report states that 95% of cybersecurity breaches are due to human error.
Most email services store email messages as plain text. Meaning, any hacker can access the servers and easily see stored emails and their attachments (like that document with all your credit card info).

Beware, Email is Inherently Insecure
Ask yourself: would I send this information via U.S. Mail visible in a see-through envelope?

I can not reccomend that anyone use this Company until they fix this email security issue.

"I couldn’t find one of my accounts…"
I couldn’t find one of my accounts since it was not attached to the second one. I was FREAKING out. Called support and reached Lauren. She calmed me down, was highly professional and quickly determined the problem. It took a few minutes, but she resolved it and I soon had access to my account. She’s the BEST!

Great service! Thank you!

"Terrible customer service"
Terrible customer service. They do not answer their emails or their phones and they are refusing to let me close out my account. I'm worried I'll never see my money again. I regret ever having trusted them with my money and suggest you avoid making the same mistake as me.
