Fantastic Job by the engineer (Luke), Pleasant, polite and professional. Luke explained the workings of the new boiler and thermostat. Well done would recommend to any one. thank you :)

"Amit and Nathan"

Amit and Nathan installed our new boiler on the 13th@14th Jan 22 and rerouted from the loft to the kitchen,after weeks of waiting and several delays from boiler plan it was a relief that Amit and Nathan arrived,they were fast friendly and did a very good job,always had time to answer any of our queries.would recommend these engineers .

"Boiler breakdown"

We have a boiler care plan with Domestic & General who contract out to Boiler plan uk, an engineer called and informed us we needed a new circuit board, this was on the 10/01/2022, we have had to call daily for updates from both domestic & general and boiler plan uk as neither communicate with you. We have now been told the parts will not be available until 17/01/2022 at the earliest, We have spoken to Boiler Plan Uk again and they are quite happy to leave us with no hot water or central heating in the middle of January, when you do speak to them they seem to be not interested at all, if they are such a caring company I am sure they can locate the parts needed if they made a few phone calls. I would not recommend this company or Domestic & General to anyone as they dont seem to care.

"Worst customer service"

We are currently having issues with our Boiler installed by Boilerplan UK.

This all started back in November 21. I contacted Worcester first due to the 10 year warranty. They came out to try and fix the problem and advised me that the system required a power flush. The Boiler and pipe work was under 4 years and old all brand new as we had ducted air previously.

I was advised by both Worcester, British gas and an independent gas safe engineer that the system was not flushed correctly on instalment and to contact Boilerplan UK to rectify and they had caused the system failure. They had also fitted the cheapest parts possible so overcharged from the start!! Numerous phone calls later and lots of promises and agreements of it not being done correctly I was directed to Mr Leak regional manager who wanted lots of proof of all the recent visits and paperwork proving all of the above. I sent the documentation over via email on the 13th Dec and have received no further communication since. He was quite quick to blame the gentleman who services my boiler for not picking up a fault. The company also kept requesting i pay £80 for them to come and have a look at the system.

I was left with a boiler turning itself off, no hot water and no heating over winter with a new baby.

I have now paid £500 for a power flush as suggested and the system is still turning itself off.

I am Now looking to take legal advice against the company. I would honestly avoid!

"Dreadful service... AVOID AT ALL COSTS!"

EON contracted out to this company for my boiler installation. I have had nothing but issues since the day I made my payment in full. Firstly I had to fight to get a date for installation. Secondly they have cancelled my installation date THREE times. Today's excuse for the cancellation was "human error". You would think after the catalogue of errors you would pay more attention. I'm now outside of my cooling of period, so they have me cornered... But please DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY! Absolute shambolic service from Boiler Plan, i'm shocked that e.on would affiliate with a company like this.

"New boiler installation cancelled."

New boiler installation cancelled.
My boiler has broken down and as it is currently beyond repair. The Boiler Plan office staff I spoke to were very kind, I had a video survey done mid December, all finance sorted and was waiting for an installation date, which later was set for 30th Dec. Having spent two weeks without heating or hot water ( in December and over Christmas), I received a phone call two days ago cancelling my planned installation and pushing it back to 10th of January - and this is not a definite date.
I have been trying to keep warm using electric heaters which sends my electricity usage sky high and I have no idea when my boiler is going to be installed.
I hope all Boiler Plan people have had a nice Christmas with heating and warm water available. Same goes for New Year, which my family and I will be spending in a cold house.

"Top class engineer"

Absolutely brilliant service by Andy the engineer ( From Leicester ) who attended a boiler problem booked via Domestic and General. Arrived early and throughout was polite, efficient and certainly knew his job, a top class engineer who fully explained what had caused the problem. Not only that, once the problem had been fixed, explained what he had done and carried out every check needed before leaving leaving making sure we were happy with what had been carried out and if any further problems give him a ring. Couldn't ask for more from this visit, very happy customers

"Appalling lack of after service"

Appalling lack of after service. I wouldn't go near them again. Don't answer phone. Tell you they are on their way and then don't turn up. Still sitting with a faulty radiator since November that I have been billed for £80. Last time I spoke to them they told me I was a priority and that the service I'd received had been totally unacceptable and they'd be in touch when they had run the complaint by their manager. Needless to say I have never hear from them again.
