Update on my sons shoes costing £209 still refusing a refund and not only that they have kept the shoes what got returned within the 14 day deadline as stated in the distance selling law now just waiting for consumer rights to sort thing out if not I will personally go to the shop and then see what they say face to face they are conmen this is going to drag on how they ever get customers is beyond belief please do not use this shop you will regret it they are disgusting to deal with

Sent broken trainers. Promised a return to be fixed. Never fixed or sent back trainers at all and refused refund. Lied for months saying had been sent back to puma and waiting for a part. Never were sent back.
Took to court and won but they’ve still not paid so now got to go through process of sending bailiffs in. Will not give up but don’t waste your time ordering from them in first place. Worst company I’ve ever purchased from by a mile.

"TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE - STAY CLEAR"
Awful consumer experience. Terrible customer support (non-existant). I ordered in Jul 2022, returned items. Their returns page suggests to start a return, to email the details to their support email (noted on their webpage, /exchanges-returns). I emailed. No response, other than an automated email back. This automated response from Capital Golf mentions that someone will be in contact within 48 hrs. A week passes, no response. I was getting worried I will soon be outside the Returns period. I went back on their webpage and discovered a product called "TRACKED RETURN SERVICE - UK / SMALL PARCEL". This is a strange returns process for a consumer, but I gave it a shot due to no response over mail. Ordered and PAID for the returns label on 1st Aug. Waited 48 hrs. Nothing comes in the Inbox. Starting to know, that I'll be outside the Returns period... after these two days, I returned the package myself at the local Post Office on 3rd Aug. From the initial automated response of the support@capitalgolf. com, it mentions for Returns, use this address (Our return address is Capital Golf, 14 John Prince's St, Marylebone, London W1G 0JS). So using that address, as I've no response from their support email, nor recieved the returns label I weirdly ordered from their website. I went ahead on 3rd Aug with the return. To my shock, their returns label did come to me via email... on the 8th of August. 7 days later. Smooth returns process!! :) Oh I forgot to mention, I never got refunded whatsoever. To this day (Jan 2023), Capital Golf are still awaiting to "hear back" from Royal Mail to find out what happened with my package. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. FLASHY WEBSITE FOR A TERRRIBLY RAN BUSINESS.

Avoid at all costs, ignore emails, and when you phone they say they will call you back but they don't. Order never arrived as a Christmas present. Crap shop, crap customer services! Dispute opened, so thankfully I'll get my money back at some stage!

Returned an order back in September and still haven’t had my refund! Several emails to them and get a reply saying someone will contact me within 48 hours but no one ever does. Tried to call several times but no one answers.

"Poor Communication and left me with out refund"
Previously had exceptional service from Capital Golf online. However really slipped up this time, spent a couple weeks after waiting 5 days for a next day delivery. (which what I ordered was part of an outfit for an away day, How Annoying!!!) Kept ringing countless times, got through once and the chap said he'd ring me back later in the morning (never did) 2 emails sent of which were never responded and I still haven't received half the order. Finally got through on the phone this morning and now I cant send the shorts back for a refund as its past 14 days. To be fair the part of the order that was missing was refunded but I wasn't told until I frantically got through to them this morning. I understand problems happen but its how you communicate to get over them is what matters to me! Not To Par!

"Avoid ordering from Capital golf"
Bought my Dad some puma trainers as gift for birthday. Realised they were faulty when he tried them on. Returned to puma in January soon after his birthday and service seemed good customer service at this point. They said they would send off to puma to fix and they’d be returned. Called number of times to chase, every time they say they should be sent back next week. Still waiting and more recently when I called back saying it’s been too long and can I just get a refund they’ve been quite unprofessional and shouty saying my Dad has purposely broken them! (this twist disc that tightens the laces) which I was shocked at and therefore there was no way I’m getting a refund for them. I’m convinced they must have had some damage when received. The box was very damaged and I’m sure shoes will have been tried on before and could have broken then but appeared ok before you tried on. Really unhappy, over £100 trainers now been waiting 6 months for a repair with no update from capital golf. Would definitely avoid ordering anything from them. Worst customer service I’ve come across and feel high risk won’t get refund or the purchase ever.

By far the worst customer service I've experienced for an online golf retailer. Absolutely shocking returns policy. Purchased a returns label through the website. Then had to wait for this to be emailed to me (which it wasn't). Several ignored emails later I managed to get through on the phone and they finally emailed the label to me. Having lost all confidence in this company I chased the refund a few days after the tracking showed it had been delivered. I did get an emailed response this time - a very abrupt one with a link to their returns policy! Still not received a refund.

Shocking! Ordered a pair of shoes and they haven’t even come. Delivery company are claiming they have delivered but capital golf are doing nothing to help. Strongly advise not to use this company!
