"1 Month on and still no delivery - Ladies Storm Watch"

I ordered a Storm ladies watch on the 15 December 2024. On the 15 January I called for an update to be told its 'another 2 weeks'. I ordered the exact same item with Storm direct and received it 24 hours later. I have subsequently cancelled my order with CW Sellors and asked for a refund. I have been advised that the refund takes 7-14 days. I think this is poor service and I'm escalating my refund request so it is returned to me sooner.

The watch took over a month to arrive, missed Christmas . Customer Service told me that it would be posted on the 23rd and it wasn’t.

"Very disappointed with my recent…"

Very disappointed with my recent purchase. Used CW Sellors as I know them to be a reputable company. Order placed for a nearly £900 item on the 02/12 for a Christmas present. Money was taken yet informed the item was not actually in stock. After numerous enquiries I was informed the item would be in stock just before Christmas and would be inspected and sent out immediately. This was not the case. I was then called to be told the delivery their end had gone missing and I would not receive the item until after Christmas. This turned up on the 30th Dec. Communication throughout was dismal. Will not be using them again.

"Promised refund never made"

Put in an order for three pieces of jewellery, together worth 733£, on 28 Nov. First item was promptly delivered - great.

Then the nightmare began. The remaining two items had to be ordered. CWSellors promised they'd send me an estimated delivery date. They never did, in spite of me repeatedly asking them about it.

On 20 Dec, I called. They tried to get me to pick other, in-stock pieces instead. I refused and requested a cancellation. They reluctantly stated that I would get a refund within 14 working days at the very latest.

Every other day, I checked whether I'd gotten my money back - nothing. 13 Jan was the final refund date. Still nothing. I chase down CWSellors yet again, and am promised the refund will be in my account that evening at the very latest.

Two days later, still nothing.

Long story short: NEVER buy from CWSellors unless the item is in stock. Promised refunds do not materialise - they basically stole 600£ from me! Disgusted by these business practices.
I will now file an official chargeback complaint with my bank.

"No refund after three weeks"

After three weeks I returned an item, no refund has been issued. I phoned the finance company to be told that the seller still hasn't contacted them for the refund to be issued. In the meantime, payment has been taken. I hope this will be fixed soon. The item was nice, and the delivery was quick. Customer service is also very polite but the refund is a big issue.

"Three weeks after return, no refund yet."

I bought a present for Christmas, returned the item on the 27th of December, and I was called the day after by this seller saying that I would be contacted by the finance company for the cancellation of the contract. After three weeks, I called the finance to check if a cancellation had been issued, and I was told the CW Sellor had never contacted them. That's very disappointing considering that payment by the finance has already been made.

"Absolute disgrace"

Please read all of the negative reviews, not only here but on the cwsellors.com page too, mine is the same story. Ordered a necklace at the end of November, 2-3 weeks lead time for an Xmas gift. Guaranteed delivery in time otherwise I wouldn’t have ordered. Chased with an email, no reply, chased with a WhatsApp, guaranteed delivery, called 3 days before Xmas and was told that it wouldn’t be arriving. It’s now nearly 8 weeks since ordering, no sign of the item, no update and multiple ignored emails. They are essentially a drop shipping company, sell items that they don't have, ignore any communication and hope they come into stock before you cancel. Absolute joke

100% honest, trustworthy and dependable retailer, committed to providing a truly exceptional standard of first-class customer service. This company sets the benchmark for all retailers to follow. CWS price-matched a leading high street competitor, then beat it significantly, making my purchase the best deal for this item in the UK! This resulted in my item being considerably cheaper than the RRP (over 31% less) from a brand boutique, and CWS is an Authorised Dealer (AD) of that brand. This makes it abundantly clear just how much profit the brand boutique’s are making, when they refused to offer me any discount on the same item, despite me being a loyal customer. CWS sourced a brand new, fresh from production example, direct from the brand manufacturer for me, and provided next-day Royal Mail special delivery, for free. Polite and friendly communications were provided to me throughout by Harriet. She is amazing and a genuine credit to CWS. Order updates and confirmations were on point. My item was delivered to me on time, when we had agreed, and was absolutely perfect. I cannot fault CWS, based on my personal experience of dealing with them. I received exemplary service all around. I’ve ordered from them before and the standard has always been the same. If, like me, you take the time to read customer satisfaction reviews before purchasing, including the negative ones, please do not be dissuaded by a few uncharacteristic examples of poor experiences - in the world of retail, there are always occasions where some things go wrong and not as intended. In fact, I would be more sceptical of a company that was claiming 100% customer satisfaction, as this does not happen. Give these guys a chance to prove themselves to you with your order - from my experiences, I’m sure that you will not be disappointed. I can highly recommend CWS.
