"Be very careful do not place an online…"
Be very careful do not place an online order with this company without confirmation stock is available before you pay
Ordered a watch mid November told to expect delivery today 30th January finally a refund arrived. Customer service will lie, never call you back, when you chase it’s always just 2 weeks away and they chased them yesterday on yr behalf. Lost patience ordered same watch from another online watch seller being delivered tomorrow RM TRACKING confirmed 2days.
Proper service don’t let them have the benefit of your money for 3 months no way to operate a business

"Awful customer service"
Awful customer service, order a Gucci necklace and after a week no mention of a delivery date. Made contact and they advise it’s out of stock they’re expecting a restock with 2 weeks. Another 2 weeks went by so made contact again and they advised it’ll be another 2-3 weeks before they received it from Gucci. None of this is advised at the time of purchase.

"Hidden Costs Involved – Be very Careful"
They intentionally hide VAT costs for (at least) international online shopping. Nowhere in the shopping process will you see any mention of VAT or customs being applied to your item.
There is no reference to VAT on receipts, invoices, the shopping cart, personal WhatsApp messages, offers, order details, or anywhere else. You won’t know whether the price you’re paying includes VAT or not.
In the end, they claim that it is the consumer’s responsibility to inquire about such information. This is their trick to lure you in with lower prices. Returned the item and will buy somewhere else even with higher price.
ALSO, do not trust the updates they give you on your parcel. While I was tracking my order and it had left the UK to me, they were updating me that they've ordered it from the manufacturer?! and as soon as they get it, they'd check it and then send it to me. All this is while the order was somewhere in the customs.
It is really a shame to think that people are stupid and they will tollerate taking them for a fool.

"If I could give no star's I would"
If I could give no star's I would.
Awful customer service skills.
I ordered a watch from this company I thought it would be delivered next day, it wasn't, apparently it wasn't in stock, no mention of this when I placed the order
Apparently the watch was orderd from the manufacturer Certina, cut a long storey short, they lie and lie again. Take your money, and don't deliver.
AVOID!!
Edit... I actually didn't order on line I did so via Harriet who sent me an invoice, so I wasn't given this information, you should have made the time scale of delivery to me when you sent an email the next day ,on reading this email you haven't given any details on that!!

"Deliberately dishonest business"
Deliberately dishonest business. You purchase from CW Sellors.co.uk website but when you email with an issue they reply from CW Sellors.com email address. Look at the reviews for CW Sellors.com for an accurate picture of how this business operates. I bought a watch for £2700 on 27th Dec. Should have came with a complimentary watch winder, it didn’t. Contacted them and received a reply stating none were in stock but would be restocked and sent in January even though the website still advertised them as instock . I contacted again on 15th Jan and was told stock was arriving in 5 to 7 days and would be sent as soon as the restock arrived. I contacted them again on 27th Jan and was ignored and I contacted them again today and was told they will not be fulfilling the order. The whole time this was ongoing the watch winders were showing as in stock on the website. This was deliberately drawn out to prevent me from returning the watch and buying it from a reputable seller.

"NO WORD to describe the lack of customer service"
Bought a couple of watches on W. Hamond's website during their Pre-Christmas promotion on December 2nd. It was after my purchase that I found out they didn't have one of two watches on hand, and they had to order it from the manufacturer (LACO). It was listed as "In-Stock" when I bought it. And the emails correspondences are now from CW Sellors instead of W. Hamond. Guess they are the same company.
One of the watches arrived on Dec 12th, but it arrived with the wrong leather strap. The only upside was that the package was done very well. Everything else was downhill from there. The shipment also came without the free gift (Sterling Silver Heart Necklace) that they were promoting. Bear in mind, these were purchased for Christmas. I contacted them by email that same day, on Dec 12th about the wrong strap and missing gift. They responded the next day to apologize for the strap mix-up and the missing necklace. They indicated they will locate the correct strap and will dispatch along with the missing necklace. It's end of January, still no words from them. On the other watch, I waited patiently after their initial email notifying me that they had to order it from LACO. I didn't think anything was amiss since these guys are an authorized dealer and they would have an allocation. The watch I bought is a limited edition watch. Christmas came and went. I finally received an email on Dec 26th indicating they management team is following up. I finally got an email on Jan 16th telling me they don't have the watch, that the manufacturer had just informed them there was no stock. WHAT? When they listed it on their website, it was indicated it was in stock. I had actually returned a purchase with another retailer because I had purchased this one listed for sale with W. Hamond / CW Sellors. The email suggested I check out their very limited pickings of two other available LACO for sale. I am not interested those watches, or I would have bought those instead. It also didn't say they will give me one of those in place of the watch they screwed up. I purchased the one they said was in-stock. The worst part of this experience was the fact they have been non-responsive after I proposed solutions for them to make this right. A reasonable and acceptable solutions would be for them to replace the non-existent watch they sold me with one that I know are in stock with the manufacturer. Although CW Sellors don't have it in stock, they could order it just like they had ordered the other one. The watches I provided as options are all in the same price range. That email was on Jan 16th, and I sent another email to follow up since. I still have not heard back from them.
It's Feb 13th, 2025, still have yet to receive the correct strap for the other watch and no sign of the necklace. Thanks for ruining my Christmas present. I even had plans to buy a Sinn and a Bremont in 2025 from them. Not anymore.

"Sold Me a Faulty Watch and Failed to Resolve the Issue"
I purchased an Accutron watch from CW Sellors in April 2023, but within a few months, it started losing time and stopping randomly. I sent it to Citizen Watch UK for repair multiple times, but they found "no fault" and returned it to me. Since the issue persisted, I contacted CW Sellors, who assisted in forwarding the watch to Citizen Tokyo for further inspection, yet the same response came back—"no fault found."
Despite clear video evidence showing the watch stopping on its own, CW Sellors has failed to provide a solution, leaving me with an unreliable and defective product. I have been dealing with this issue for months, yet there is no accountability or resolution.
I expected better customer service and support from a retailer like CW Sellors, especially when selling premium watches. I strongly advise caution when purchasing from them, as they do not stand behind the products they sell.

"Refused refund - avoid at all costs"
I ordered a watch from them which I tried on for what must have been less than a minute before putting it back into its box and packaging as it was too large for me. I have been refused a refund as the company claim I caused damage to the watch and had been wearing it… they provided ‘before’ and ‘after’ photos to ‘prove’ the damage caused. This is clearly a scam to avoid refunding customers as there is no way I caused damage to the watch in the short time I tried it on. I have since found countless other reviews stating the same happened to them (see the other review page on this website ‘Cwsellors’ as this is where the hundreds of bad reviews seem to end up…) This company knows exactly what they are doing and it is cruel. I have reported them to trading standards
